This sun-filled second-floor apartment is 20 mins from everything. It is near the farmer's market, carousel museum and the Erie Canal eateries . This small, newly remodeled sunny apartment has a record player with lots of records to play. The cozy kitchen is easy to share a meal and makes cooking fun. The 2 bedroom layout is perfect for 1 to 3 people. A comfortable shower with a porcelain tub perfect for soaking makes the bathroom nicer than most. No public transportation close but Uber works!

We prioritize relaxation, so the hot tub runs year round, flowers and champagne are available per request! We have one queen bed, a futon bed and a couch for extra sleeping space. Welcome to Shiloh Place! Our spacious (1400sqft) 3 bedroom, lower level/basement apartment. In a peaceful suburban setting, just minutes away from everything Buffalo/Niagara Falls has to offer! Within one minute of Erie Canal walking/biking paths, kayak/boat launch, golf course, grocery stores, restaurants, wine/beer stores, and so much more! Come, and be refreshed! CEILINGS ARE LOW, just under 7 feet. Also, we live above, so you may hear normal apartment sounds. NO CABLE TV, but we have ROKU.
