Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in North Sumatra

I was with my husband, staying one night at this homestay. We originally wanted to find a place that was quiet and out of the crowd. When we arrived, we were welcomed by you and you who manage the homestay. The front room and the room I stayed in were clean and tidy. I was a little surprised to see the bathroom because of my experience, this time I stayed at a “homestay” that provided bath tub facilities because I usually only meet in a 4-5 star class hotel. For those who like a quiet place, this homestay is perfect for visiting because it may be a bit far from the city center and around the homestay there are still many rice fields so the view is very beautiful and natural in the morning and evening. The food served is very good, like cooking in your own home. But for the water in the bathroom it needs to be upgraded again, because the water coming out of the faucet is a bit small so it's a bit long to fill the water in the bath tub. Garbage cans in the living area can also be added in number. But, overall this homestay is OK. Thank you for the service. I hope the amenities can be improved again. See you later.

The house is big, could facilitate a big family or a group of friends. We were 12 people in total and added 2 drivers. There is 5 rooms that we can use and also a big space in the living room with beds on the floor, so it’s good for a get-together session with everyone. The kitchen is clean, we used it a lot for cook even just stay for a night. The closest place to visit is just the hot spring, if you just need that and beautiful view, you won’t regret it. The owner’s family is very nice and helpful especially opung, we did a great time staying there even just for a night. Hopefully we can comeback soon.

I went to Nias for the first time and stayed at Olitas house Nias. It became one of my favorite destination bc of the house and people there!! The room is clean and really comfortable. I really love the atmosphere of the house, super cozy and chill. It's close to the beach so I could walk to the beach with a surfboard. Alex and Andrea are always willing to help me when I need something and one of the best host for sure. Bc of them, my stay in Nias became amazing. See you soon. I cannot wait to go back there to surf and to stay there. saohagölö!

We had a great stay at the villa for 3 nights. The place has amazing views of the lake and they even let us use the canoe/boat for free. The main bedroom upstairs is huge, but the sofabed downstairs is smaller. The kitchen area is not very big so when we unfold the sofa to set up the bed, the downstairs area feels a bit tight. I like that they have an audio system where we can connect our Spotify using bluetooth and play music. The owner also left the whole library in the villa. Some of the facilities need to be maintained/fixed/replaced though, e.g. the bathtub upstairs. They are broken, although nothing really impacts the functions of the facilities. Bonus point: If you like cats, there will be at least 2-3 cats who will sometimes come by and hang out around the terrace/balcony. Recommended villa for a private stay in TukTuk and just enjoy the nature, with the benefits of being in an area where you have everything - restaurants, cafes, laundry services, motorbike rentals, etc.
