Monthly Rentals in North Rustico

This place is a true gem! The location is wonderful - about a mile to the local market for groceries and excellent access to beach trails /bike path. House was in super condition and extra clean. All new finishing and designed with guests in mind. Sauna on property is bonus! Host is a perfect balance of staying out of the way, but being very available and helpful, if needed - just a quick text away. I had a small issue during my visit and he jumped on it immediately and made it his priority to get taken care of - Steve is a wonderful host! He was even open to spinning the house around to what I wanted, since there weren't lodgers on the other side, so that was cool that he was flexible on which way the house faced. :-) Biggest plus is the super reasonable price per night! Would definitely recommend and will come back if I come back to PEI!

This is a lovely little spot in a beautiful part of PEI. We were visiting during a music festival so the local restaurants were either closed or offering reduced menus, but they were within walking distance of the apartment. We found a nearby boardwalk path that lead to a local beach and had a few scenic walks. The apartment is well appointed, the kitchen has everything we needed for cooking and eating without going out. There was even Tupperware! My only (minor) issue was the lack of noise separation between the units. The host was not loud but we were still able to hear their dogs moving around and occasionally barking. It made me worry that any noises we made would be just as audible to our host.

Sonia‘s place was a real home away from home and allowed us to explore the most beautiful spots of the island in easy reach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The cottage was perfect for our stay. Short drive to all the sites. Roxanne was easy to contact for suggestions on bakeries etc. Dorian’s fresh lobsters was a standout. The kitchen has everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend Abbey Lane cottages.
