We had the most enjoyable and relaxing time at Susan’s place. The apartment was really clean, comfortable beds and so many lovely touches - lots of details were taken care of and we could feel at home yet really disconnect and recharge. We would love to come back sometime and highly recommend Susan’s place.

Gold Coast tranquil 1 bed self-contained apartment

Kim’s BnB is tucked away and so private. The garden and views from every window are breathtaking. The chorus of different birds are so special. Views right across to the Gold Coast at night are outstanding. The suite has is large with every possible facility including a gigantic tv, huge bathtub overlooking the bush land, and a comfy bed. We stayed for a week and found Kim to be a very lovely warm friendly host who welcomed us and our dog. It’s only 20 mins drive to the dog beach and lovely to drive back to the very beautiful village in which the BnB is located and take a very delicious High Tea in the next village. We recommend Kim’s BnB.

So glad we found this gem for our quick visit to Ingham! Beautiful building full of history. Room was super clean and cozy. Comfy bed, towels and linen. Even nice expensive toilet paper which most accomodation skimps on lol. Peter was really helpful, flexible and put up with our slack communication. Won’t stay anywhere else next time we visit :)

Great place to stay! Location perfect for dining, shopping, outdoor activities. Kitchenette suitable for simple meals, plenty of space- we didn’t feel crowded staying for a whole week. Outdoor balcony with good view of marina, pool. Pool area clean and well maintained. We used the grill on site which was helpful, but did a fair amount of dining, no shortage of variety of restaurants. Free laundry on site which was great since we’d been traveling from the States for a month. Staff very accommodating and friendly. I would be happy staying here again and again.

I booked this apartment for my son who had to attend a sporting event in Townsville. They had a great stay here. It is well located with restaurants and bars within walking distance. There was secure parking available so all in all, it suited their needs. There was a minor hiccup with Air BnB when I booked the wrong dates and couldn’t change it within the app, but the Quest Townsville on Eyre were able to sort it all out for us. Highly recommend staying here.

Karen and Wayne’s place exceeded our expectations. It was clean, plenty of room for a family of five and had everything that you need for a perfect stay at Maggie Island. We are local to Townsville and have been to the island a countless number of times. This is by far one of the best accommodations that we have stayed at. We will be back!
