lovely place and room, right next to the park, and Martina was very friendly the couple times I ran into her during my stay.

We had a really sweet weekend stay here. The location was super convenient — close to Newport, scenic drives, and great food options. The space was clean, cozy, and felt private while still being part of a friendly neighborhood. The bed was comfy, the AC worked great, and check-in was smooth. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

Such an intimate space, it also came with a basket with a few toiletries and snacks in it. Loved that touch! In order to change the temperature in the house you do have to text a number they give you that once you book.

This property is beautiful, and very well kept. Lynell runs a very good Airbnb spotless everywhere. My room was great, and the bed was extremely comfy I would recommend this listing to anyone short term or long-term. This is great value for money. 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s
