Vacation rentals with a patio in North Potomac

The rental was as shown in the photos. Easily walkable and centrally located to great restaurants (Tatte across the street had delicious breakfasts and sandwiches) and the waterfront. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very close to Reagan Int'l Airport, so you will hear planes taking off.

Erin offered very clear instructions that offered easy access. The Airbnb was spacious, very clean and had a super comfortable bed and pillows. It felt like you are in a lovely treehouse when sitting on the deck. It was lovely. The area is active and fun with great restaurants.

We loved staying here! Such a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. We were able to walk to and from the zoo so easily which was perfect for us. The driving distance to go sightsee in D.C. was not bad either and the street parking was very convenient. Chris was always reachable in case we had any questions. Definitely would rebook here again!

The owner of the establishment did a good job of establishing and furnishing a pleasant place to temporary stay. The owner gave us the ability to park for free; which is a substantial plus in NW DC. Other than trying to get there and beat the incoming storms, my wife and I had no objections to their family's hospitality. My wife was satisfied with the location in proximity to locations to where she wanted to explore and go in and around DC via Metro and other forms of mass transit.

We had stayed with Fish before and were pleased again in all ways. There was a power outage for a brief time and Fish checked in to be sure all was okay. It’s an easy walk to the Sligo Creek Trail, and nice to return to a well air conditioned apartment!

This place was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, cozy. Easy access to the main roads. The hosts were very responsive.

Loved this place so much!! It was so clean, new towels/sheets, beautiful new bathrooms, gorgeous spacious kitchen, great location close to metros and stores, etc. Hosts were amazing as well. Let us check in early, answered all my questions, provided everything we would need like a hotel. We had the best time. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Eric’s place for my son’s soccer tournament and had a great experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Ronald's place was easy to access and felt comfortable. It was a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of DC, and close to public transportation to get in and out of the city. Although the stay was quite comfortable, we did notice some things that could be improved for future stays, such as minor cleanliness issues, and access to fans and linens. Overall a good stay that I would recommend to others or possibly stay again with a large group (max 6 people).

Melaku’s place is very neat and clean. The place felt like home. Melaku is very responsive to any doubt. I stayed at this place with my parents who had travelled internationally for vacation here in the States. This is their first Airbnb experience. They absolutely loved it. Snacks and coffee added a great touch to our stay. Kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful.

From the time we opened the door on check-in date to the date we checked out, we were comfortable and very pleased with our lovely surroundings. The beds were very comfortable and the area was very private and quiet. Conveniently located to Washington Dulles Airport and wonderful restaurants, this location is ideal. Beautifully decorated and absolutely everything you need in a kitchen, this is a top-notch accommodation. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely book this wonderful home. Celia was one of the most accommodating hosts that I have encountered. She allowed an early check-in and late checkout. She had apples, bananas and nuts for snacks in addition to coffee beans and even a couple of containers of milk, so I didn’t have to run out for coffee. The space is in a historic house in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. It was quiet and there was a nice, private porch outback, which was a great spot for reading. The neighborhood itself is lovely with well maintained yards. A Metro station is about 1/2 mile away which allows easy access to all parts of DC. We were so happy with the accommodations, so I highly recommended Celia’s place.

Large place, great jumping off point and close to town for my partner, my dog and myself. Very clean, and set up great to watch TV at night or work from home. And a fully operational kitchen so you don't have to eat out every night. Thank you again!

Katie’s place was exceptional. It was spotless, stylish, and felt newly renovated. You truly can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Leesburg, yet peacefully tucked away on a quiet, charming street. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large, the kitchen was modern and has everything you need, and parking was a breeze. Every detail made for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Katie’s place for anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

The condo was pristine and so beautiful! The hosts were on top of all communication and flexible with us having two toddlers during our stay. It was an easy walk to Main Street and was equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
