Vacation rentals with a patio in Montgomery County

Good neighborhood and place was well kept. Communication was good. A few things could be improved: The team we communicated with did not always have information about our specific location. We also suggest adding a few more items to the kitchen (like a dish drying rack, more utensils, and measuring cups) to facilitate cooking, but overall we made it work. Thank you very much!

My family and I love staying at Christine's space. the basement apartment is clean, spacious, kid-friendly and has everything you need to feel at home. While away one day, I asked for a step stool for my son. When I returned, I not only found the step stool at the front door, but on top of it was a dino toy and beside it were cars and trucks for my son to play with. Without asking, they provided my kiddo with extra toys to play with, all of which he enjoyed.

It was a comfortable place. Nice quiet neighborhood. My family and I enjoyed our trip there together. Host was friendly and responsive to messages.

Great location and lovely townhouse. Contains all the amenities needed for an extended stay and for those two prefer to cook at home.

Stay was exactly as described. Home was clean and had everything needed for a home base for work and camp for the kids. Jorge and John we very communicative and friendly. 100% would reccomend.

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The building is in a great location, surrounded by great cafes, and restaurants, and a few blocks from the Metro. The bed is comfortable. And Bisrat is a great host, very responsive and available. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the place! it's super clean and cozy, it smells lovely.... the hosts are very nice and attentive. The room is small but it's enough for two people and, it has everything you need for a couple of days. It is located in a quite and pretty neighborhood. We really liked to be there, and we appreciate the nice attitude of Gustavo and Katherine. Totally recommended!

Just what we needed to get away from the busy house where everyone else was staying. It was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has several basics like olive oil and a few mini waters and instant coffee. It’s a quirky house with charm. We would absolutely stay there again!

Loved this place. Very quiet and peaceful. Came in for work, but took advantage of the walking trails and nearby neighborhood. Colleen was a great host, the house was spacious and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, cozy. Easy access to the main roads. The hosts were very responsive.

Host was responsive, and even offered to bring by blankets and a space heater. Plenty of room for our extended family getaway. House was well-stocked. Only complaints are not necessarily house-related: the basement apartment is cold and does not have its own zone, and the house is about an hour from the Smithsonians, etc. with traffic… which occurs at all hours!

The place is clean and quiet! It is very spacious and has a large back yard. We arrived early so I texted Samad. And Samad’s response was quick and he let us to have early checkin. In general, my friends and I all liked the place and enjoyed the stay here!

Martha’s place was perfect! Everything we needed and more. We visited DC for a weekend getaway to celebrate my sister getting married by surprising her with a bachelorette weekend, and Martha’s place was truly the perfect place to make this happen. It was easy to find, easy to park, easy to check in. Martha was so helpful in every way, we did not have a single issue while staying here, but I am certain if we needed help with anything Martha would have been on it, as she was very responsive and helpful. We loved the place itself, looks so much bigger in person! Such a beautiful, well decorated home, that truly feels like a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great place not just for exploring DC, but also wonderful for a weekend escape to stay in for a relaxing at home spa day! We had such a wonderful time at Martha’s place, and really appreciated all her accommodations and help during our stay. 10/10 would definitely come again and highly recommend! Thank you!

Ruben was detailed in his check-in instructions and responded quickly when my friends and I had questions. Street parking was readily available right near the front door. The airbnb was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great weekend stay-cation in this condo! The location is great and very walkable to many different things - restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. The check-in process was seamless with Leslie’s thorough instructions. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were snacks and waters available as well as plenty of towels and toiletries. Leslie was very easy to get a hold of and very timely with responses to any questions we had. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable here and would absolutely book this location again!

We had a lovely stay at this Washington D.C. Airbnb. This was our 2nd time ever in D.C. Tucked away on a calm, tree‑lined street, the apartment felt like a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The neighborhood stays genuinely quiet, even at night, which was a welcome surprise in the city. Our host deserves a special shout‑out. From the warm welcome to quick replies, they were consistently kind and attentive. Thoughtful touches, a few local snacks in the kitchen, fresh towels, and an overall welcoming space, we loved ending our nights back at the airbnb. We took frequent walks and felt very safe. For future guests: the unit sits beneath the hosts home. Everyday life happens upstairs, so you’ll occasionally hear light footsteps and an echo of conversation. It never rose above a gentle background murmur for us, but it’s good to know if you’re sensitive to sound. Which we are not. Overall, perfect location for exploring all of D.C, with a wonderful host.

A very nice place to stay! Apartment is clean and easy to find. The garage is covered and guests have a designated parking space. Elevators and ramps are readily available for those with mobility issues. The apartment is clean, tidy, and has all amenities you could need. The location has a neighboring nature center just down the sidewalk- plenty of green space and sidewalks to walk your pets. About a 10 min walk to a nearby mall with shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend.
