Susan’s place is a true gem! Only 10 minutes away from IAD, it’s quiet, serene and private. I was blown away by Susan’s attention to detail - there was absolutely nothing that the house is missing. It quite literally has everything but things are placed in a way that doesn’t clutter the space. The house is squeaky clean with plenty of extra towels and pillows. Susan herself is wonderful, super responsive, always helpful and provided everything I needed within minutes of my requests. The hot tub is amazing and easy to use. All I can say is that booking Reston Tiny House was the best decision I’ve made for my trip and I enjoyed every minute of my stay! Thank you so very much, Susan!

Very nice and clean home, great set up downstairs with extra living space. Eric the host was very accommodating and always available with answers to my questions. Would book again when I’m in the area!! Great, great stay !!!

Rand is an incredibly kind and interesting host. His area of Takoma park is lovely and centrally located. I stayed in the downstairs room that was a bit toasty, but in Rand's defense I did come during the peak of the summer heatwave.

The place was perfect for our needs! Jacie was very clear about things like parking and noise so that my expectations were managed well. the place was super cute and had everything we needed. loved the laminated instructions all over the home and Jacie was very easy to communicate with. Great experience overall!

We enjoyed staying at Jeffery’s house. It wasn’t anything extravagant but did the job. Jeffery offered lots of recommendations and we even went to one of his restaurant recommendations twice because it was so good. Downside was that the thermostat for the heater is not in the unit so I had to text Jeffery when we needed it adjusted but he was very quick to reply and get it adjusted. One of the beds had what looked to be dog hair on it and that would be my only complaint.

William was a great host and super friendly! He was very welcoming. The house is in a great area with lots to do around. Big back yard for my dog to play in while we were there! I would recommend.
