Monthly Rentals in North Monomoy Island

We have been coming to the cape in April for the past 11 years and the Rooster Cottage is by far the best place we've ever rented. The cottage and grounds were exactly as described and has a very well appointed kitchen, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and the master bedroom was bright and cheerful with an excellent mattress and plenty of closet and bureau space. Whenever we had a question or concern Dominic responded within minutes. The outdoor space offers privacy and a wonderful patio area with fire pit, outdoor table and plenty of seating. The outdoor shower was roomy with good water pressure and excellent hot water. We are already planning our next visit! Thank you Dominic and Dale for such a wonderful exoerience !

very clean and conveniently located close to Chatham and a couple very good restaurants. We drove with the kids from there to all the main attractions in Cape cod. Great deal!

We enjoyed our brief stay. The home is within walking g distance to the beach and near many restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and we hope to be back.
