I stayed here for my daughter's graduation at Hofstra University. It was an easy one mile walk from there, mostly through neighborhood streets. The room fit my needs. It had a window A/C unit that worked well, microwave, hair dryer, and towel in my room. I never had a problem getting use of the bathroom which was right outside my door. I needed to do an economy trip and this fit the bill just fine. I would stay again.

Fabio’s place stands out and is superior to many of the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in because of the spaciousness and uncluttered. I stayed in a small room temporarily until the room with the adjoining bathroom became available. The small room is very airy with a big window facing the street. Has its own tv and everything was clean and inviting. The neighborhood is nice. I will return when I’m doing another renovation in my house. The host is very kind and responds very quickly.

Miguel was a great host, private, yet accommodating to your needs. I walked in and out pretty late at night and slightly early morning left. mostly needed a place to sleep and brush my teeth, was perfect for my needs.
