Vacation rentals with lake access in North Kingstown

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

The place was amazing! The pictures don’t do justice to the place. We loved staying at this home. We visited the area for a cousins wedding. Perfect for the family. Super clean and the home had a lot to offer!

Jamie was prompt with communication and helpfulness made our trip so smooth giving us directions as we got settled into the home! They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed!" Nate and Polly were great hosts. Very happy they don’t use the toxic chemicals of febreze, Gain, Glade, etc throughout their house and linens. Very clean and well supplied. Beautiful spot on the lake. My only thought is it is a bit pricey for the fall/early winter time of year, but I definitely recommend their place.

Daniela’s place was beyond our expectations! The grounds were beautiful and the house was spotless. We were traveling with our baby and the home provided a pack n play and a high chair, as well as tons of books and some toys which all made our lives so much easier! The beds were so comfortable and all of the amenities were amazing. We visited in more of the off season and we still had the most amazing time. We hope to come back with friends and family!

One of the BEST Airbnb’s we have rented. Gorgeous property, tastefully decorated and stunning views from every room. Kids LOVED the bunk area w/game etc. very clean too.

We spent a great time at Charlotte's place. The communication was excellent. We had some issues opening the lock during check in but the host responded very quickly and helped us solve the problem. The place was very clean and homey. Location was great and close to the downtown and aquarium. Walking distance to the seaport museum. There were a few hiking trails nearby as well. We had a great vacation there and would love to come back next time.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Beautiful property, peaceful and right on the lake. Brittni was very responsive and the instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow. Would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great - there was coffee and supplies for it as well as some bottle water in the fridge. The place was quiet and clean and in a good location. Sean communicated well with us and we had a nice time.

He gave great locations of things around. It was close to all the places we were visiting.

A very accurate listing with a super helpful host. This was our first time using Air BnB and I was a little nervous. Everything was beyond my expectations! Listing was exactly as pictured and described. Host was very explicit with self-check in instructions, guest instructions, etc. We are very familiar with the area but never stayed in Matunuck before. Beautiful and very chill vibes! Thank you so much!

Everything was great peaceful and spacious. It was my wedding week and Marcus & Evelyn were able to accommodate us. My family came from all over the west coast and felt right at home. There was enough space for us everyone and we built special family memories. I highly recommend

Such a lovely place. Games to play. Books. Relaxing there because so many chill spots to hang. Awesome kitchen. Nice living room. I didn’t sleep well so it was great to be able to pull out sofa and not annoy my hubs. Magnolia tree - perfect for spring. Loved location … between beach and URI. Parking perfect. Loved the area to sit outside.

I can’t say enough about Vicky and Rick‘s place. Not only is it the cutest little cottage on the water, but it is in a great location and a perfect little neighborhood. The house has all the amenities needed. All instructions for everything were very laid out. It was clean and modern, but with a vintage feel. The bedroom is amazing with all around windows and a great view of the water. I would definitely come back here again perhaps in the fall or summer. Highly recommended!

Linlin was a wonderful host and we loved this adorable cottage. It was incredibly clean, while still being warm and welcoming for us (and our pup). It's a little farther from the water than we had anticipated, but it's a relatively short and private walk to a dock with kayaks and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay this weekend at Leann’s place!! Felt right at home & the place was fully stocked with literally everything we could need, she even left us some eggs in the fridge for breakfast! Perfect location, easy to follow instructions, very clean, super responsive! First time stay in RI was everything we could’ve needed for winter wellness weekend. Hope to be back in summer!

Will definitely be staying here again when I don't have busy plans. Only got to sleep there this trip. It's an awesome little get away!

Perfect layout and location for our annual visit to see my dad who lives across the pond!

Place was very well cared for, kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and had everything needed. The views of the lake are GORGEOUS. Felt like home, we had a great time even with the bad weather.

Lovely home situated at the tip of a very peaceful peninsula so the views were breathtaking. We loved the wrap around deck and gazebo. Clean, with plenty of extra linen and lots of extra space to read, relax or play games. We would love to return in the summer to enjoy the water activities!
