House vacation rentals in North Kingstown

This was the perfect spot for what we were looking for as my son graduated from Conn College. The host was very responsive to my questions and flexible with check in times which we needed. House was exactly what was described and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED: 1) The location! The driveway is long & sand/gravel but you could drive it in a sedan fine. 2) The amenities! The pack n play was a HUGE lifesaver! 3) This location is mostly child friendly. 4) The view is phenomenal! When we woke up & opened the curtains for the first time, we were in awe! 5) The host was extremely helpful. The hot water went out once, but she was over in 5 minutes to fix it. Some feedback: 1) The windows in the ceiling in the master bed! They're HUGE and BRIGHT. 2) The bugs. Ants. Spiders. It was a struggle. NOW I WILL SAY - I brought this up to the host on day 3 and they were more than willing to come help how they could. The house is located in the middle of the forest, but it was a lot. If it weren't for an m&m left under the nightstand in the bedroom by a previous guest, it probably wouldn't have been so bad. 3) the coffee maker was pretty rough when we got there.. a simple over site by the crew. Overall, I would definitely consider this location again

This place was great, an easy drive to all the hotspots and a quiet neighborhood vibe.

A great place for family and friends. Very roomy, open kitchen to living comfort with many places to sit and socialize while preparing meals. Nicely decorated and very comfortable accommodating furniture. All the amenities. Every bedroom a king size bed with some rooms offering even more sleeping spaces. The pool pristine, perfect temperature and seating for those chatting on the sidelines while others swam. A simple walk downtown. In many cases the walk downtown was quicker than the ride downtown. My family truly enjoyed this vacation. My grand daughter (4) loved the home. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time.. Jason friendly and available before, during and at close. I highly recommend this gem in Mystic, Connecticut.

Had booked a girls getaway at Tracy and Patrick’s place and it was perfect, even with gloomy weather! The house perfectly matches all pictures and descriptions and has everything you’ll need and more for the perfect relaxing and fun getaway! We even got a cute surprise visit from their furry friends which is always loved!! There are also shops and beaches a short drive away, we just didn’t happen to go visit because we were enjoying our cozy time at the home. Thank you again Tracy and Patrick:) we would totally recommend and want to come back!

A great place to stay! If you’re looking to spend a lot of time in Newport I would suggest something a little closer, as Ubers were very expensive. But it was a beautiful home with a wonderful pool and hot tub!

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lisel’s home. We were in town for a family event and the location was near our venue. The home was very clean and tastefully furnished. I wish our visit was not so short (just a weekend), as we would have loved to have stayed longer. Beautiful home and view!

Kirsten was very responsive and helpful! She left my boyfriend and I an essentials basket, which was so sweet and kind. I appreciated how easy it was to reach her.

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

We were in town for URI orientation. We visited Newport (which is super close) and went back and forth to campus. The house was perfect, extremely clean and location can’t be beat!

Jason’s place had everything we needed for visiting family nearby. It was very comfortable, especially the king-size bed. We appreciated having a comfortable place to stay while we visited family.

I’m so happy we decided to make our family vacation in North Kingston! We wanted a serene and tranquil location on the water and boy did this location did not miss! A beautiful home that sits right on the water and the views are just stunning. We stayed for almost a week and we wish we would’ve been able to stay longer! The house is super clean with everything you need to make it your vacation home. An outdoor grill with a refrigerator which made cooking outside so much fun. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook. The views from the inside of the home to the view of the harbor was beautiful! I would definitely recommend staying here! With Newport only being 20 mins away and the little village they have nearby, definitely lots of places to eat and shop. 10 out of 10! Sarah was attentive and very helpful before and throughout our stay here! What a helpful host, book your stay here you will not regret!

Daniel was a wonderful host! Four of us booked this location for a girls weekend and loved it! He was so responsive and answered any questions I had prior to our stay and while on the property. A wonderful experience!

My parents and I had a great stay here! It was cute and cozy. The short walk to the beach was great and waking up to the ocean view was amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

The nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Extremely kind and helpful host, and the place is well maintained and clean. would absolutely recommend if you are in the area. They left a very nice note congratulating me on my graduation, it made my day! Will be staying here again when I come back!

Wonderful and cozy spot. Took my family here and was very comfortable. The two bathrooms was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. They even provided a great bassinet for my 12 week old. Highly recommend. Only thing missing was a fireplace to make it even more cozy. Definitely plan to stay here again.

Michaela was a wonderful host! Responded in a timely manner and very accommodating to our needs/requests. All instructions were super detailed and helpful. The home is very clean, well stocked, wonderful ambiance that was home like. We didn’t bring the kids but was a kid friendly space. From toiletries to utensils and extra blankets, everything you needed was assessable. We could not have asked for a better location. Quiet neighborhood but close to all needed shops. Parking on the premises was perfect, close and safe. Overall a great place; we would stay here again easily!

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

Great stay. Beautiful water views. Literally a 20 second walk to the shoreline. Very obvious that Tony put a ton of work into the house. Totally remodeled - everything appeared brand new. IMMEDIATE response to a hot water issue which was resolved right away and with a late check out as compensation. Highly recommend. Great house. Great host.

Nicely renovated very comfortable house. Lots of room and two very nice bathrooms. Great outdoor space with deck, grill, fire pit and outdoor shower. Nice location close to Narragansett Town Beach and the Narrow River. Local cable channels with provided YouTube tv was also appreciated.

if you're looking for solitude for a break from some of the madness ....you can walk right out the back door and watch the boats roll by... a readily available fire pit can provide some warmth on a chilly evening or take a kayak ride thru the harbor to one of the restaurants. host is very responsive and makes good suggestions the place is a gem and squeaky clean I almost don't want to leave a 5 star review ...because I don't want anyone else to know about it....BB
