Waterfront vacation rentals in North Jakarta

we stayed at Salma's place for our holiday. the place was great, just next to plenty of restaurant and supermarket.salma was super responsive and caring. highly recommended

Sara is a great host. Very informative and was always fast to respond to all inquiries. She relayed clear instructions and with pictures making it easier to follow. The place is as described and very clean. All amenities worked. The place has 2 Tv's, one in the bedroom and the second Tv in the living room. The balcony has a nice view of the street, the shops and street food vendors below. The apartment is right above Thamrin City Mall with hundreds of shops for all your needs from groceries, food, clothes etc. KFC, coffee shops, Mini Mart, Middle eastern Mandi, Kabsa, Biryani restaurant available at the ground floor. Mosques are nearby too. The popular and must see Grand Indonesia Mall, Plaza Indonesia Mall are a 5 minute walk from the apartment building. The Wifi worked well for internet access. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Jakarta.

Utensil sangat lengkap, sebelahan dengan aeon mall jadi bisa masak sendiri. Kamar dan Furniturnya juga mewah dan bersih.

Had a great stay at Rich’s place. The unit was super clean, well-equipped with everything I needed especially in the kitchen and the whole setup being digital with Alexa made it really convenient and fun. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Rich!

Aprt ibu raden dina sangat nyaman dan aman.. aku paling senang dengan kamar yg di belakangnya langsung permandian kolam renang aprt.. juga berada di lantai yg sangat dekat serta strategis

The location at Gold Coast was safe with a great view. However, we were concerned about traveling in Jakarta after 6 pm, as all Grab drivers kept saying it wasn’t safe. But yeah Gold Coast is safe at night aswell

Such a great time here.. The place is super quiet and private, with only one neighbor, so it felt really peaceful. There’s so much to do like ping pong, karaoke room.. Everything was super clean and just felt really cozy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a chill spot to relax and have some fun!

It was fun to stay at omah babakan, very pleasent and comfortable Mba bertha is very responsive and allow us to give add time for check out since we have to do shalat dzhuhur (hug 😍)

Patrick's home is a little piece of Eden in hell of Jakarta. You are there and you wonder: where is the traffic jam? Where is the smell of gasoline and burned garbage? Where is the noise? You stay there next day, sitting on the balcony overlooking the river and you get lost watching the trees singing in the wind. You sit there at night and listen to the fish jumping in the little pod, large animals with strange names climbing the trees in front of you, the rain falling on the leaves. It is not a small thing. If your sleep is not so difficult, I would suggest you to send the night in the bed on the balcony, protected by mosquito net, immersed in an unsuspected beauty of Jakarta night.

house is good. ada playground sesuai foto, anak2 suka. ada dapur, 3 kmr tidur, 3 kmr mandi. tidak ada washing machine and dryer. overall good. kondisi kamar dan lain2 baik, rapi. thank you so much. ada pool di kompleks. playgroundnya anak2 suka main. ada masak2an, perosotan , kolam bola,ada buku2, ada theater kecil untuk nonton. bunk bed di 2 kmr.

Eh same as my last review. I just stayed in different rooms during the month here. I highly recommend this place if you want to be inside the city and appreciate the traditional architecture. I had a great time, and the caretakers are wonderful people. I hope the best for everyone involved in making my stay as amazing as it was :)

While Jakarta's consumption space is ballooning, this is an authentic place to experience! As a Jakarta native there is much to recall from my childhood period in 1980s. Stayed 2 weeks with my non-native husband and 3y.o. and they enjoyed the soundscape of riparian tropical settlement. Occasionally shared the house with others (the real original spirit of AirBnB), nice encounters. As the home is never empty and Patrick and Avi enjoy cooking, the kitchen is full of herbs and spices, making it easy to prepare our own food. We already booked for another week after staying in another part of the city. We hope to rely on their place whenever we are in Indonesia/ Jakarta again.

This is a new and very nice cluster. It was very quiet and all the neighbors were friendly. The pool is very nice and the area is nice for morning walks. The cluster is a little far from stores and restaurants but is still a very nice area.

Mr. Sandi as the host is very responsive and helpful. We were late for check in due to our delayed flight but he was waiting for us. The place is nice, clean and very quiet, a place to escape from the hectic daily routine. The facilities are good, the stove and kitchen set, wifi and cable TV function properly. You can find the nearest shop on foot. A recomended place and would definitely go back next time.

Nice place to stay since surround by many good food. The place is clean, the host very responsive.

The accommodation was generally clean and cozy, and its great location made it convenient for sightseeing. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. We met at the lobby and moved to the accommodation together while receiving a detailed explanation. The bed was comfortable, and a large bottle of water was provided. Since it’s in the city center, there was some noise from motorcycles and vehicles early in the morning. The view was nice, and overall, the stay was well worth the price. I had a great experience and would love to visit again. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed our stay at Joshua’s place. It was beautiful and match the description. Joshua was very responsive and Felix accommodated our needs very well. We love the infinity swimming pool facing the ocean. Lots of restaurants and the mall just right below the units. We definitely will come back to Joshua’s place if we are going to stay around PIK.
