So far, it's nice& comfortable staying @the gold coast apartment organized by Mrs.Tan. The unit is clean, amenities're complete, strategic location, and the owner's responsive&helpfull. But, At first we got difficulties to open the door.. Later, we'll put this unit as the first choice to stay..

did not have a high expectation on the place, but so far, for the week that i stayed there it was pleasantly comfortable, although i have to deal with couple flies here and there. it is quite close to the mall as well which is pretty nice.

I recommend it. I spent happily with polite and prompt response. The view from the room is wonderful as you can see the sea.

I enjoyed our stay at Joshua’s place. It was beautiful and match the description. Joshua was very responsive and Felix accommodated our needs very well. We love the infinity swimming pool facing the ocean. Lots of restaurants and the mall just right below the units. We definitely will come back to Joshua’s place if we are going to stay around PIK. recommended! love to stay here....nice view (facing to the pool and ocean). the unit is quite big and they have 2 television with wifi. I really enjoy to stay here.
