Apartment vacation rentals in North Hutchinson Island

The place was in great location. We were able to walk to anything. Inside was setup great. Had everything we needed and was very clean. We stayed in unit A. Just wish there was more space to sit outside for that unit. Other than that we had a great time and they were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Would like to try Unit B next time. Highly recommended

The property was magnificent. The bathroom in our suite was inconvenient, located between the bedroom and the living quarters. The hideabed was uncomfortable for sitting. The grounds were beautiful, lots to see and do. would definitely go back again. Thanks for a great vacation KC.

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

Sherry’s apartment is a great location for access to downtown Stuart! A short walk to all the cute shops and many good restaurants and the river walk. Quick drive to grocery store and pharmacy as well. The apartment is really well set up, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. We didn’t need the noise machine and in fact loved the trains trundling by. We slept well in the comfy bed. Sherry was a cordial and good communicator and quick to respond to messages. We would love to stay again on our next visit to Stuart!

The unit is very comfortable. If ever in the area I would stay here again.

I can honestly check off every box and give the property five stars all the way across. We cannot wait to come back! We love it here! Being only an hour from home it made for the perfect relaxing getaway that we didn’t have to worry about an exhausting drive to get to. The outside area is amazing and the beach is not even 10 minutes walking distance. Communication was stellar from the time of booking through the duration of our stay. We had both first floor apartments for a graduation getaway for my daughter and a few friends. The apartments are exactly as pictured. The only thing we wish had been different was that we could have been there longer. We WILL be back! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

Comfortable stay, very clean - high quality bed linens and well stocked kitchen with all the usual odds and ends one might need. Lucky to have cool, low humidity weather and the patio was awesome to relax. Temperature in the Airbnb was easy to control with the fans and wall hvac, in unit laundry was helpful as I was coming off a business trip. Would recommend and would stay again, a slightly earlier posted check-in and slightly later check-out would improve my overall sentiment but everything was great, couldn’t have asked for much more. Much better value for money than comparably priced local hotels.

Very pleased with our stay. Missed seeing our hosts Michael and Laura to thank them in person. Loved our stay and the pool was quite refreshing! We took all our trash out, Skimmed the pool and removed anything that would spoil in fridge. Even had a washer and dryer to go home with clean clothing. Everything we needed to cook with from spices to salad dressings in fridge and in cabinets. Dish soap, paper towels and plenty of towels and linens! Our own beds and bathrooms were a huge plus and surprise blessing! Best coffee in Florida and Michael even supplied us with that along with a French press and grinder to brew freshly ground roasted coffee! Highly recommend and will return in the near future. God put this entire trip together in partnering me to Rio Coco Cafe many years ago and then found their AirBnb while planning a sudden trip about 1 week ago! Went home with beautiful testimonies of Gods goodness! Thanks for providing us with all we needed for such a pleasant stay! Elizabeth

My stay at Erika’s was wonderful! I was traveling alone . I met Erika and her husband the first day I was there. They are such a kind couple and have made their home into a beautiful place to stay when in Vero Beach . The place is part of their home , like a mother n law suite. Was the cleanest place I have ever stayed . Was so peaceful! If I needed anything or had questions Erika responded immediately. Even enjoyed fresh eggs from her chickens. Hope to stay with her again in the near future! Thank you Erika for making me feel so welcome .

Best Airbnb that I have ever used . Location of the home with easy access to 95 was nice and the living space could not have been nicer. It was absolutely perfect ! Highly recommend !

Ashley’s place is in a great location for exploring downtown Melbourne and is a short easy drive to beautiful beaches. Everything you want or need is within walking distance. The loft was very comfortable with ample space for two people. The bed and bedroom were very comfortable and relaxing. Ashley was very responsive during our stay and we will not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

Diana's place is excellent, location great, super clean, she was very responsive to anything that i needed, would definitely stay here again. Diana is a real super host. Thank you again for everything.

Everything was great!! Christine and Michael were very friendly and answered all questions we had. The pool temp was perfect, and the view was beautiful! We are already planning our return trip!

Cynthia and Cody were very nice and down to earth. Their home is on a private road with no thru-traffic. At the end of the road is the prettiest beach path. It felt so tropical! The beach is wide. Great for walking. Very private. The space is very clean! A bit smaller and less private than I thought it would be. Sustainable and organic products were provided in the kitchen and bath. Fresh squeezed orange juice and freshly cut azaleas were also a nice touch. It’s likely that most people eat out, but I enjoy cooking, so we ate in and had more beach time. The kitchen has Revereware pots and pans and all items needed for cooking, but the only spices were sugar and S&P packets. It’s all I needed, but if you’re planning to cook, you might need more. The appliances work, but they are “vintage.” The air conditioner is quite loud and made sleeping difficult. So we ran it during the day and shut it off at night. Overall, we had a lovely weekend. Gina is a great host. The unit was scheduled for an external maintenance by HOA without exact schedule dates. When the work was begun Gina voluntarily arranged a new unit nearby to move in fear of noise and obstruction of the view for us. The remainder of the stay at the new unit was equally fantastic. She even refunded a portion of money for the inconvenience!!! Amazing and very responsible host! Highly recommend!

We loved the comfort & cleanliness of the property as well as the beautiful surroundings. It was also nicely decorated & contained all the equipment needed to make & eat meals. We also enjoyed its proximity to the beach and the pool/snack bar. The host was readily available to answer questions or provide assistance.

This was a great place that exceeded our expectations. Great view of the ocean from our condo. Both the pool and beach were just steps away. Everything was easy to get to.

Very nice spot to enjoy a peaceful setting. Drive golf cart right to your until load up golf clubs and you're less than a mile from PGA village. When done golfing ⛳️ you can enjoy a nice meal at golf course or restaurants located across road from condo. St Lucie West section is closeby where there are plenty of activities for children and adults. Ideal location for all ages.

I enjoyed my stay, the condo was neat and clean. The area was peaceful and the pools and golf were enjoyable experiences. I would definitely stay with Carla again I would recommend her condo for sure.

We had a wonderful time at this home in Sea Oaks. Awesome location close to the path to the beach. Very clean screened in porch, which was lovely in the am for coffee. We all slept really well everyday night and were super comfortable. Would recommend to others

Christine and her husband were so kind! I loved staying at their place and enjoyed our occasional interactions. They went above and beyond - I was sick during my stay, and Christine brought me some medicine and offered to get whatever I may need which was such a blessing. It was like staying with family! They have a sweet dog named Miles who was also very friendly, and he treated my little dog very well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the garden was lovely. I had a very restful stay here and would absolutely come again!
