We had a great time! Even though Property is located in gated society, one would get enough privacy & comfort to enjoy in your property! Talking about the host Shreya.. Shreya was welcoming and was always there for queries & doubts. Hosts are responsive and available.. Self-check in option was also pretty convenient. Overall would definitely recommend!!

Room was quite clean and located in peaceful place.

It was really a nice experience. Host Pratiksha is very much cooperative and always there to help. The aura of the house is just wow. Clean, peaceful and happy place. We felt like our own home . The surrounding was so peaceful and the location was perfect and close enough. The room was specious and the interior was luxurious. The staffs were very humble and helpful. We had come with a group of 6 people. I must say this was the best place to enjoy connected to near by beach colva .The room was clean and aesthetic. Owner was also really helpful and humble. Really enjoyed our stay here. Will recommend this to my friends as well.

The property is a gem and one of the best Airbnb in Goa. The host is super accommodating and helpful. The property is super clean and have everything needed for luxurious stay. You can actually see oven from the balconies of the property. Large swimming pool, lift, in-house restaurant all are there for perfect holiday. Beach at stone throw away is clean and crowded by foreign tourists at large. Overall a best place in Goa for perfect holiday. And last but least that price is very low comparing to the amenities it is providing.

I recently stayed at Rustic Villa Dar Al Salaam and had a truly wonderful experience. The villa itself was charming, spacious, and had a beautiful design. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the essentials were provided, making our stay very comfortable. The main highlights were the hosts- Mr. Satish and Ms. Susheela, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The location was also ideal, with basic amenities like shops and restaurants just a short walk away. For the price we paid, it felt like an absolute steal, worth much more than what we were charged. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay.

The place is amazing. It has a unique beachfront location. Quiet privacy. It feels like a home and do not hesitate to ask host for local recommendations. It’s magical in person with the sound of waves and sublime views of the ocean, breathtaking beach life and an invitation to chill with family and friends. In addition to all magnificence and beauty the property was well supplied and equipped beyond our expectations.

Amazing location. The Airbnb provided with different facilities. It's a good option for a long stay. All workers in Build3 are very nice and welcoming, you will feel part of a community. Price is fair for the location and for being able to use the Blue Villa. Amazing time in Build3

It was a really pleasant stay. My family thoroughly enjoyed it. Really appreciate the carroms and all that was there to make our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Very neat and highly pleasant.

Though our stay was very short we had an amazing stay. The place offers a breathtaking view from the balcony.. couldn't ask for more.. making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The property was super clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. It's nice cozy home like experience. Secure n safe for kids n family. The area is peaceful with nice cafe in walking distance and supermarket close by. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Goa! Would definitely love to visit again. Good locality and stay. We have stayed 5 days with 15 months old kid. We have got enough support for Host Hitesh and manager Devendar. They are always available and approachable for any support.

We absolutely loved our stay there. The watchman said they had no idea as to what Nistula is so we initially thought we'd come to the wrong place, but on contacting them they reverted immediately and we were greeted for check in. At check in they gave us some super refreshing and cold coconut juice which hit the spot perfectly. the staff helped us with our bags and made check in very smooth. throughout the staff was very courteous and prompt. tea was good, fruit plate quantity and quality was good. the pool was clean and we had a great time, they actually tried helping us find things we can play with in the pool. check out was also super easy and timely. wifi worked great and they had Netflix which was awesome. they were also very sweet about our room cleaning and our stuff was safe even though we were not present when the staff cleaned our room. all in all loved the stay and would return.

We had an amazing stay at this property, as it was a girls trip we wanted something secure, security wise this society is one of the best I would stay. very clean home with daily requirements. The host & caretaker is always available over call, place actually felt like home. will surely visit next time.

Hi , Highly recommend this place , those who wants to stay in north Goa . You will easily find good cafés, casino like big daddy etc.. , 5 min walk miramar beach , easily accessible Panjim local market and church.host (Priti) is very friendly host and always responds well. We feel like stay at home . And enjoyed our new year family vacation trip. House was neat and clean. If you are planning to stay with family I would recommend to Priti (host) place.
