Amazing property and lovely hosts - make you feel home. Very spacious, clean and cosy rooms, swimming pool is fun - ideal for a group of 16-20. Beach is 10 min walk. Staff is helpful, Rosy prepares delicious food.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

Great stay, can comfortably fit a group of 4-5. Parking may be a slight issue, but apart from that, pretty spot on!

Whatever am going to say here , it wont do justice to the place! All I wanna say is , if you are visiting south goa , Carmen’s place can be booked blindly ! It’s no less than a 5- star property. Anthony is a great caretaker . Carmen is such a wonderful host.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were always available to answer any questions I had, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The property itself was fantastic—spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished, and equipped with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the little touches like the welcome basket and the guidebook with local tips, which really made the place feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to public transport and plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. I felt very safe and relaxed throughout my visit. Photographs cannot justify the beauty of the apartment, it was much better. It is well designed with a loft, spacious and well maintained. The flat was right in front of the pool which is cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, people were helpful, the resort was beautiful just next to the beach through a private road. There were many eateries just next to the road and taxis were available a call away. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The stay was awesome. Jade was very helpful from the checkin to find us some local spots to play Holi. It feels like home that's it. A budget friendly good bunglow.

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s place! Kathleen was an amazing host and always so helpful for everything we needed. The location is amazing, too - just a 1-2 minute scooter ride from lots of shops and restaurants and also around a 3-4 minute ride to an amazing beach. We’ll definitely stay at this place again!

My Stay with Ekta was extremely peaceful & totally without any Inconvenience & Glitch. The Studio was pretty big on Space, Clean Washroom, Fully Stocked with Handwash, Shampoo, Nice crisp Towels. The Bed was nicely done, well kept Pillow, Smart TV with Internet, great kitchenet with all the basic crockery, induction, spoons & spatulas, plates of all sizes. The outside place had a nice hanging chair also a small coffee table with chairs. The caretaker & housekeeping staff were also very courteous & always available for any help. One could get every amenities like a Nice Rooftop Restaurant, Scooter & Taxi on rent available just walking within the complex. Overall 100/100 & look forward to come back soon. Thanks Ekta

Amazing stay. I've stayed at this place two times, both times it was super fun. The host and the maintenance lady Brenda was also super helpful. Just one small thing, I wish they had supplied soap, shower and some other toiletries.

We stayed at Gurpreet's place for two nights. It is as described in the listing. We had reached earlier and they accomodated an early check in. The process is smooth. The house is close to the main Candolim area but around it there are a few options, everything is about a km away. Since we were driving this was not an issue. At check in there were two minor issues - 1. the water filter was not working and this was highlighted by Jay P himself. Enough bottled water was supplied for the stay. 2. One of the sheets had some minor stains and Jay P changed it immediately. There were enough clean towels and some basic toiletries. Both Gurpreet and Jay P are very responsive and helpful. Rooms are nice and all appliances and wifi work well. Only suggestion for improvement would be a bit thicker mattress in the main bedroom.

My family came to Henry's place after spending 2 weeks in Delhi. This being their first time in India, this peaceful beach home was exactly what they needed. Everything was impeccably clean and organized. The house is located just steps away from a surprisingly quiet part of Calangute beach - a detail that we welcomed given that it was high season. Tons of good places to eat are within walking distance. It was also super easy to get a cab to explore different parts of the Goan coast, even late at night. Henry was also very caring in looking out for us. My step dad fell ill with a cold early into our stay and Henry checked in regularly to make sure he had the care he needed. The house keeper, Sumitra, is also incredibly helpful and picked up after us and did our laundry (something we're definitely not used to in America). Overall I'd highly recommend Henry's place to any large group looking for a relaxing vacation.

Was a great stay!! couple of small issues but they were sorted out straightaway. Lovely view over the fields with lots of different birds and wildlife I would recommend staying in this apartment

wijit and her husband are very warm and friendly people. wijit was very caring and hospitable towards us. The apartment was very clean and had all the essential amenities that would be required to live happily in Goa and go places. she had a regular clean up staff who helped clean the apartment as well. we will visit her Airbnb again.
