Cozy, lovingly decorated over 200 year old thatched roof cats in a quiet residential area and yet in the middle of the village. The entrance area has a ceiling height over the entire house, in the other rooms under 2m. On the ground floor there is a living room, open kitchen to the dining room with exit to terrace, shower room, combined working and dressing room, where there is also space for a cot, as well as 1 adjoining bedroom. On the upper floor are 2 rooms with single bed, one of them 140m wide and small toilet.

The Möwenstube on the upper floor is designed for 2 people. In the "cuckoo's nest" in the attic, there is another sleeping option for 1 mobile person. This room can be booked in addition. The Kuckucksnest can only be reached via a narrow, steep staircase.

There is a very friendly female cat named Aurelia living in the home. There is a storage or parking space for bicycles or cars.
