Perfect apartment, central location and close to everything. We used the apartment as a base for a cycling weekend, apartment was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Rebecca was very responsive and really helpful. Can’t recommend the apartment enough.

Absolutely loved my stay at Jonathan’s place. Ideal neighborhood, which led to some incredible evening walks along the river. Food / coffee nearby is incredible. Everything is well within walking distance. The flat is very private, felt right at home without much disturbance. Jonathan accurate an early check in for me, which was so amazing considering I’d just got in from a very long journey. He was also responsive and empathetic to a unique issue that accured on the first night, so rest assured he will take care of you should anything go wrong! There is an elevator that gets you right up to the third level, super easy to navigate. The shower is wonderful. My only critiquing would be to do with slow WiFi (I was in town for business, so this annoyed me a bit when I needed it) and the main bed could do with more pillows to make it more comfy (totally a personal preference) but all this to say, I’d happily stay again and overall, I’d 100% recommend to anyone considering. We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The apartment was spotless and quiet. the surrounding pubs and restaurants were lovely too. The walk into the city center was nice aswell. Khateeb also was very active and responsive over messages when we needed to ask him questions. I would highly recommend this accommodation!! :)

Stepan was a great host, always very helpful and communicative. He clearly takes pride in this apartment, everything was brand new and well maintained. The apartment itself is exactly as described, the shower is super powerful and the mattress really comfy. The only thing is, you can hear the neighbours coming and going in the hallway so pack some earplugs if this would bother you. The location is excellent, a one minute walk off the high street, 7 mins from train station with a few cute cafes nearby. I stayed for 9 weeks and was very happy.

Just stayed here for three months while working at the Sheffield Crucible and it was perfect. Great location within easy walk from the theatre and city centre, comfortable and a great little city apartment.

The apartment was beautiful, clean & very easy to find. It was just a couple of minutes walk from the city centre & local public transport. I would highly recommend this apartment & I will definitely be booking here again next time I am in Nottingham. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Holymoorside. It really is a lovely, peaceful place and we had absolutely everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy. The owners were very friendly and helpful. This is a great place for walks and this is one of our favourite things to do. This is a top quality place to stay and one of the best AirBnbs we have stayed in. Highly recommended.

We had a wedding just around the corner so the location was ideal. Everything was easily in walking distance. The house was exactly as described. Great space and an unexpected bonus for cricket fans as you can watch a game from the back yard!

Marys place was a great stop over for us, we weren't there long as we had things planned in derby but popping in and out and getting cleaned up was easy, clean and a lovely experience

A delightful cottage close to Matlock and in the middle of beautiful countryside and walks. The cottage was perfect for two people and our whippet. Very clean, very comfortable, very well equipped and Lynda was a brilliant host. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation and would definitely rebook in the future.

Mary was helpful, friendly and responsive and her home was spotless. The house was incredible with lots of entertainment features and with everything you could possibly need included. The games barn and hot tub were immaculate and created so much fun for a girls weekend away. Thank you Mary, we can’t wait to come back!!

Pauls place was a lovely property ,nice and quiet.Paul was very accommodating and was a brilliant host .The bed was so cosy,the bath was luxurious and we had our own lounge with a large tv and paul even supplied yoga mats.Thanks Paul

Thank you Jordon for being a wonderful host. Jordon’s house is absolutely beautiful, very spacious and pristinely clean. My sister’s family and mine stayed here for 5 days after Christmas and over new year. The house is so big that we all had our own space and peace and quiet when we needed it, but could get together in the living room and huge kitchen/dining room for relaxing tv / games and to eat. Kitchen has every possible appliance and utensil which made things super easy. Back garden was great for the kids to play out. Little family tv room at back of the house was ideal for the little kids who spent many hours playing out there. House is on a lovely quiet street and felt very Christmassy with beautiful decorations. Very close to get to the peaks and to Chatsworth House. My nephew who is on the Team GB climbing squad managed some great days out climbing on the crags. Walking distance to Dore village which is very charming with good restaurants. Would love to come back! Thank you ☺️

Our second time staying here and we were just as blown away as the first time! Emma is the perfect host and goes above and beyond every year! We stay at multiple airbnbs throughout the year but this is beyond the most impressive, homely and comfortable stay. Staying at Emma’s is fast becoming one of our favourite things to do as a group. Our stay bought us so much joy!
