Monthly Rentals in North Chatham

Our family of four had a wonderful 2-night stay at Linda’s place. The home is very spacious, well-equipped, and set in a peaceful environment. Linda’s homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious, and a highlight of our mornings. Our children were especially fascinated by the horses in the stable at the back of the yard, which added a special touch to the experience. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay—highly recommended!

This is a great spot, on a dead end street. Very peaceful and a wonderful open space. About 25-30 minutes south of Albany/Troy. Close to a shopping area in Valatie, NY (about 2 miles.) Maura is a fantastic host, who quickly helped with any questions or needs. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Spotless. Comfortable. Responsive. Located within walking distance of a great many restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. I don’t know what else to say because if this isn’t enough for you.. good luck! We enjoyed a wonderful stay. 10/10 recommend.

Emily's place is lovely. The space and furnishings make it so easy to have a comfortable, stress-free stay. Communication was great, and we especially appreciated that when we arrived just as it was getting a little snowy, the walk and stairs were being salted. We enjoyed walking down the street to where the road connects to the Albany-Hudson trail - a surprise added bonus. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the area!
