Monthly Rentals in North Beach

This apartment is simply a gem! Comfortable, modern, cosy - supplied with everything you might need even for a long stay. One of the advantages for me was heating option, as during time of my stay it wasn't warm outside. The location is perfect - quiet beautiful neighbourhood + nice views. Supermarkets are in walkable distance. Also you can hear the sound of waves during night, even with closed windows. And waking up to a view of the ocean from your window - it's something I could trade my soul for 😅 I definitely want to come back again and stay longer next time. Also very fast and pleasant communication with the hosts - I appreciate that. Overall, book this place with no hesitation, I'm 100% sure you'll enjoy your stay.

We had a couple of small issues and Mariana was super responsive in addressing them for us. This is a lovely quiet apartment with a modern spacious kitchen and comfortable beds. It felt very private and secure. There is a pool and weight room. Best to have a car - you have to drive to get to restaurants, beach, grocery store.

Joao's place was a great base from which to explore Nazare and surrounding areas, and to visit Porto where we stayed a few nights and the Douro valley. The appartment was comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located near a supermarket. The bed was very comfortable. It was easy to communicate with Joao and he gave us recommendations for local food spots. We would definitely come back and stay here.
