For the location, comfort, walkability, availability, utility and John's responsiveness, safe-accommodations and value/price...almost unbelievable & unbeatable! If you need a place to crash or you need to stay comfortably for some time (i.e. weeks) in Rochester, this is going to be one of, if not, your top option. For multiple people (more than two), it would be a little close quarters to stay more than a few days--like if you will have any others over or stopping by. For my purposes, being in town for two nights for a sporting event, John's place was 100% perfect! Gave me the feeling that my college dorm room (which I loved and re-requested multiple years) had been upgraded to a way better adult format! And with a very nice, immaculate bathroom, retro-design little refrigerator and everything I needed/wanted. Side note: Walk to Ugly Duck Coffee for the best in-town experience!! (Though there is good coffee & maker in the room.)

This is the second time I’ve stayed. The space is neat, creatively done, and comfortable. Conveniently located for activities at the grand or a visit downtown.

This place was none the less than spectacular!!! Upon arriving for the Solar Eclipse Andie greeted us outside and gave us some eclipse glasses. She shared local restaurants, gave us a token to remember to eclipse and always made sure to say hi when she saw us on property!! Beautiful location, the restoration of this older property is phenomenal and the price was perfect. Huge thank you for making this trip special and we look forward to coming back and having our wedding party visit next year! Thank you Andie!!

Hôtel très bien placé à 1h de l’entrée de Yosemite national park. Le village est typique de l’ouest américain. L’architecture de l’hôtel le prouve. L’accueil était parfait car même si nous n’avons pas croisé le propriétaire, tout était fait pour se sentir bien. Les instructions d’arrivée étaient claires. Il y a du thé et du café de qualité ce qui est à noter. Je recommande cet établissement.

Wow, Rob’s place was beautiful. The attention to detail in the space was outstanding and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back when we can.

Beautiful place to stay! Very clean and felt right at home. Quiet and peaceful. Great driving distance from national parks would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back for another visit!

For our Mom and daughter spring break trip ‘25, we had a lovely stay at Richard‘s for two nights. This historic Victorian home was beautiful. We stayed in the Paris room and loved it. Fridge and microwave, some little snacks coffee tea & water. Lovely decor & special lighting. So lovely compared to a generic hotel room. There are stairs. The common area was very enjoyable too. We really loved that we could walk to restaurants in Historic Ocala. It’s a close drive to the Canyons Zip-line park and Silver Springs for clear kayaking!! Richard was a great host, responded quickly with restaurant suggestions & made sure we had everything we needed. A great stay. Highly recommend and will stay again. Thank you.

El lugar es muy bonito, todo limpio y la atención y servicio de 100. Solamente a mi percepción el lugar se percibe más grande en las fotografías. Es un lugar pequeño pero perfecto para un día de descanso. El agua de la alberca está calientita, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda y el restaurante con muy buena atención.

This boutique hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was an easy walk to the historic section of town!

THE BEST NIGHT'S SLEEP I HAVE HAD IN MONTHS!!!! A king sized bed that is SO comfortable that when you close the floor to ceiling length curtains, the bedroom becomes so dark and quiet and comfortable, that you will sleep in heavenly peace for hours. I slept 11 hours in one night in this place. Also, it's on a quiet street, shaded patio entry, pristine lovely little bathroom, a wardrobe with hangers, a small fridge/countertop in another wardrobe. Excellent Wifi, and TV with all the amenities. One minute from Stork's Cafe (best cafe in town) and blocks from all the fun. I will return for sure. The owners are very accomodating and helpful. Thank you! Perfect for one person or a couple.

The place was great, with a lovely little balcony in the room and a roof terrace where we sat and enjoyed the sunshine. The place is walkable to Havana Vieja and the Malecon. There were great recommendations given for places to eat and for breakfast. Our flight was delayed too and we were able to check in much later than planned. Thanks Jose!

Bonito lugar, el cuarto muy cómodo, cama confortable, regadera con agua caliente y amenidades de baño. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme.

Todo fue excelente, los chicos siempre estuvieron al pendiente y accesibles con el tema de llegada y de salida. Fue mi estancia muy cómoda.

Supertolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und renoviert. Zimmer tiptop! Das Bad Deluxe klasse !! Das Team war super nett u das Frühstück sehr lecker! Super gelegen für Unternehmungen..Nachbarschaft sehr unterschiedlich, aber für uns kein Problem! Wir würden dort wieder wohnen wollen. Preis-Leistung 1A. Das Team organisierte alles für uns zuverlässig und kompetent. Danke und es war uns eine Freude!

it was more than I expected very clean and comfortable room I came out there to relax and get a peace of mind and it worked out well,very quiet place that you can get in alot of rest and just feel free without the noise of the city and the air is pretty great out there I will definitely recommend this place to anyone because I plan on visiting again in the near future.

El lugar es precioso, el centro hípico muy lindo, todo tranquilo, limpio y accesible. Muy lindo para pasar un rato y muy cerca de los viñedos de Ezequiel. a 20 min de Teques y super ubicado para ir a todos lados
