Our stay was perfect. Kam was very friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots to do and the private beach was beautiful. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The place was clean and super nice. It was private and beautiful. It had some unique features such as the outdoor shower which we enjoyed. It felt like we were right at home. The host was always responsive with questions or concerns. We will definitely return.

This place was a gem- in a small neighborhood down a 3 mile winding (paved) road of Rt 11 to a true slice of oceanfront paradise. This villa sat on a black lava rocky section that ended with an amazing snorkeling spot that i dove in at least a dozen times. All kinds of colorful fish were plentiful right outside my door. The villa was clean and relaxing, gorgeous easily labeled kitchen, clean bathrooms, light and airy and full wall of windows to view the ocean. Large deckwas perfect for sunset watching. You just need to stock up for supplies- half hour at minimum to supermarket/ restaurants in either direction. But the distance adds to the solitude you feel when you are there. Defiantly would return

Great location close to the water and walking distance to restaurants and lots to do. The parking was very convenient which I appreciated. The furniture was comfortable and the linens were clean. Lots of chairs and beach toys available for use as well. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great location and price. Hosts were great with communication. Very short walk to restaurants. Right off of Placencia sidewalk. Beachfront property. Would definitely stay again!

What an amazing little gem of a place!This Airbnb is small but was the absolute perfect place for our small family of 4. Newly remodeled and BEAUTIFUL on the inside. Bed was comfortable. Decor very cute. You can see the beach from the couch and kitchen. It was perfect as we have kids. They are older but we still don’t feel comfortable with them alone at the beach. Rachel’s place is so close I could send them down to the beach and see them from the house easily. We had breakfast outside at the outdoor table every morning watching the dolphins. Watched the sunset right from the porch lounge chairs every night. The other units seem to be getting renovated (likely from hurricane). The people there working were quiet and didn’t disturb our stay at all. Parking is a bit tight for this particular unit. The assigned spot is the end by a wall and some trees. In order to get out on the passenger side you have to fight the tree. Luckily, parking wasn’t full but if other units are occupie

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The beach was just steps away, which was super convenient. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space to eat dinner and sit as a family. The road noise was a little distracting at night so if you are a light sleeper, definitely bring ear plugs, but it was worth it for the location. There are restaurants and a French bakery within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Nathalie and Arnaud's place. Very nice welcome and accommodation faithful to the listing. Perfect privacy on the terrace and quiet environment. On the other hand, we had not anticipated that the nearby beach, relatively uncrowded, was so beautiful! An ideal location for discovering Grande Terre.

Mara was a wonderful host, she gave us some great recommendations for places to eat out and was always responsive to our questions. The accommodation was so beautiful and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed lying in the hammock and watching the wildlife in the morning. The walk up to the accommodation is a bit tricky but absolutely worth it for such an amazing location and view.

Great stay in this little cocoon of love!! We'll be happy to go back! Everything is clean beautiful and new. Beautiful bathroom Furnished kitchen properly! And the hot tub was a final touch. If you want to rest and relax you've come to the right place.

Richie was friendly, very helpful, always able to contact him if we needed anything and he did it right away. Richie went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed, great guy to deal with. The staff that looked after things including Francis ( grounds and pool) Nayelyn ( cleaning) and Freddy Maintenance man ) were all so friendly, polite and a pleasure to talk to. The grounds and pool were both expansive and well maintained, excellent for our dog. Great place to stay.

We spent 2 weeks in a little tropical paradise. Quiet and very lovely. Study to be functional. Very well equipped kitchen. Fresh pool, which feels good. Christiane is very discreet, pleasant and always available. 5 minutes from Anse Dufour. I recommend it!

A very nice married couple, we are really grateful that they allowed us to stay in their accommodation. I can say that this place is full of love and peace, the photos don't do justice to the beautiful small bungalow, So Cute, where we stayed. I would go back without thinking and I can't wait for my next trip to Las Terrenas to contact you and stay in your Bungalow again. At all times we felt very safe, Carine and Jeremy helped us take the bags to the room, from the beginning, their hospitality was the star of this vacation.I would 100% recommend this stay, having the parking right in front of the exit and being monitored by cameras also made us feel very calm and safe. Thank you guys. We hope to return soon.

We had a great time in a beautiful setting. This place really offers a relaxing moment in an idyllic setting that the island offers! Beautiful sunsets from the Airbnb pool! I really recommend it. - the apartment is not "airtight" sometimes there is a small frog that sneaks in 🐸
