We absolutely loved this place, it was spacious, beautiful, very high end with carefully thought out furnishings and everything to make us feel comfortable, the views were to die for and we felt very special sitting on the balcony and watching the sea. The linens were top notch and it was wonderful to have an oversized towel. Panagiotis has catered for everything. We lived staying here and would recommend

We loved our stay here! We do reccomend a car if you are staying, it made exploring Samos a lot more easy as by foot it may have been impossible and more expensive, the place was good enough to stay in for a day or 2 with the amazing pool and view especially during sunset! The hosts were responsive and kind people, the husband gave us some home made wine when we arrived and a tote bag when we left!

Thalia ile haberleşme konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Mesajlarımıza zamanında ve yeterli cevap verdi. Evin konumunu çok beğendik, manzara harikaydı! Her yere yürüyerek ulaşım sağladık. Evin arka tarafında market var ve fiyatları da oldukça uygundu. Balkona her fırsatta kahve içmeye çıktık ancak rüzgardan dolayı tam tadını çıkartamadık, bizim Midilli’de bulunduğumuz zamanda hava gerçekten rüzgarlıydı. O yüzden balkon bizim için pek elverişli olamadı maalesef. Mutfak gereçleri yeterliydi, hepsi temel şeylerdi. Greek kahvesini Thalia sayesinde keşfettik :) Yorumlarda yazıldığı gibi yardımsever, ilgili bir hanımefendiydi. Henüz yaz mevsimi olmadığı için akşam/gece ev soğuktu ve klima fazlasıyla işimizi gördü. Sıcak suda da sıkıntı yaşamadık. Bazı yorumlarda gürültü ve sigara konusundan bahsedilmiş. Biz gürültü duymadık ve sigara kokusu hiç almadık, bulunduğumuz daireye koku gelmedi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, yaklaşık 5 yaşındaki oğlumuzla birlikte güzel zaman geçirdik :) Teşekkürler…

Det var den mest fantastiske ferie jeg har haft længe. Lige i vandkanten. Lufthavn ligger meget tæt på og det kan måske afholde nogen fra og vælge stedet, men det er ikke noget problem. Der er ikke særlig mange fly til og fra Samos. Alt var som det skulle være og jeg kommer meget gerne igen, hvis muligt.

We absolutely loved Giorgos’s apartment! It was spotless, comfortable and very thoughtfully furnished with everything you might need, even two comfy deckchairs. But most of all, we adored the private terrace overlooking the sea and the town — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening aperitif while watching the ferries coming and going. The location was ideal for us, and both George and his mother Mary were incredibly kind and responsive. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Tinos!

Absolutely exquisite location! Sublime scenery overlooking the sea and beach. Pool is fabulous! Spacious grounds and accommodation. Helpful and attentive grounds keeper. Best to have your own car or check carefully with taxis as some will not drive on the road from Tavari to Podoras as it’s a dirt road…Do-able for sure though. Enjoy!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place in Chios. The location was perfect, quiet, scenic, and close to the beach and the town. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Maria and Niko were fantastic hosts, welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with local tips. I especially appreciated their hospitality and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Chios!

Burası Petra meydana,otobüs durağına,taksilere,restoran ve barlara yakınlığı, market ihtiyaçlarınızı kolaylıkla giderebileceğiniz, beachlere yürüme mesafesinde,kendi şezlong,şemsiye ve masası ile plajında harika vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir tatil deneyimi sunuyor. Ev sahibi de oldukça ilgili,sorularımıza kısa sürede cevap vererek rahat etmemiz konusunda elinden geleni yaptı. Midilli’de tekrar tatil yapmak istediğimizde tereddütsüz burayı tercih ederiz. öncelikle ev sahibimiz çok iyiydi ve kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. ev denizle arasında yol olan çok güzel bir bahçe içerisinde yer alıyor. hem evin içerisinde hem de kendine ait olan bahçesinde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz herşey var. ev son derece temiz ve ferah. evin salonunda ve odalarında klima mevcut. deniz manzarası harika. Ev sahibimiz tarafından hazırlanan ikramlarla harika karşılandık. eve ulaşım konusunda her türlü destek ev sahibimiz tarafından verildi ve müsaitlik olduğu için giriş ve çıkışta esneklik sağladı. Çok güzel geçen bir tatil için ev sahibimize tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

My family stayed at the home of Issidoros and his sister Rodope. Everything went well during their vacation. They mentioned that the house was very clean and they were very pleased with everything. We thank Rodope and Issidoros for their helpfulness and hospitality.

Logement conforme à la description, confortable et idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate de tavernes, cafés, petits restaurants et mini-markets. Menelos est un hôte attentionné, très sympathique, réactif et disponible. Il a même eu la gentillesse de me proposer sa canne à pêche 🎣. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour agréable et serein.

Absolutely loved our stay in Michael’s house! So peaceful and incredible views. We hired a van for our family of 8, like another review mentioned, it was too long to get round into the drive, we parked opposite in a little ‘lay-by’. Agios Isidoros lived up to its reputation, particularly if you walk back along the seafront and sit under some trees for shade. Olive wood House was great and they even let us have a go with sanding! Mythos in Plomari is a brilliant taverna, especially if you have children who aren’t particularly adventurous with what they eat. Very friendly people there. Melinta beach worth a visit- a bit run down but fun to jump off the rock if you have the courage! (I didn’t- my daughter did!) All in all a brilliant property to stay in, very useful to have washing machine etc. loved the air conditioning, cooler downstairs than up. Thank you very much Michael for making the special holiday possible!

This is a perfect location if you want to spend some time close to a quiet beach off the main drag, with very few beach club umbrellas. There is wonderful taverna at one end of the beach, and a cafe with a very niche menu at the other end. You will need to hire a car or scooter to get there and make excursions from there - no public transport. We had been to the beach previously so knew our way around and how to get there, so I cannot comment on how accurate George's direction might be because we did not ask for directions. Comfortable bed and linen, and good aircon in case you need it. The only think you might miss is a washing machine.

This apartment is both amazingly located and beautifully appointed. Xanthippi is an amazing host, providing just the right level of being available without being too much. VERY clear instructions for check in and check out, and she provides great guides on the island in a book in the apartment. Will 100% stay again the next time I come to Chios!

Die Gastgeber sind definitiv sehr hilfsbereit, kommunikativ und sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben und in der Wohnung wie zuhause gefühlt. Was soll ich über den Ausblick vom Balkon sagen? Man muss es glaube ich selber erleben. Wir haben tolle Tage dort verbracht. 1 Minute von der Wohnung ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz der umsonst ist und das Zentrum ist auch in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Alles top. Man kann nichts falsch machen , wenn man diese Wohnung mietet. Gerne wieder!

Ήμασταν δύο ζευγάρια, βρήκαμε ένα μεγάλο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με δύο άνετα υπνοδωμάτια. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτε. Απολαύσαμε την τεράστια βεράντα, κάθε πρωί παίρναμε πρωινό με θέα τον διπλανό αρχαιολογικό χώρο. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ μπροστά ή δίπλα από το σπίτι. Η θέση εξαιρετική, ανάμεσα στα Ρηχά Νερά για χαλαρό μπάνιο και beach bar, και στο Ρωμέικο Γυαλό για βόλτα, φαγητό, ποτό, παγωτό και θέα στο Κάστρο. Όλα αυτά σε απόσταση δύο - τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει μάρκετ, φούρνος, περίπτερο, ότι χρειάζεται κανείς. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής, φιλικοί και με άμεση επικοινωνία οι οικοδεσπότες. Η οικοδομή σε πρώτη ματιά δεν είναι τόσο φροντισμένη, αλλά αυτό δεν μας επηρέασε καθόλου, είχαμε καταπληκτική διαμονή.

Die Unterkunft von Eleni ist einfach mega: kurze Wege zum einkaufen und zu tollen, Restaurants, der Strand direkt vor der Tür und vom Zimmer aus sichtbar, akklimatisierte Zimmer und das beste: eine wunderbar herzliche Vermieterin. Ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Klein aber fein, wer es im Urlaub gerne einfach mag. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Nicht zu viel Schnickschnack aber trotzdem gemütlich. Die Terrasse ist schön, gerade weil man direkt mit dem Hafen und den überaus freundlichen Nachbarn verbunden ist. Trotzdem hat man irgendwie seine Ruhe. Das ist Griechenland pur und die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist auch ein Traum. Es ist möglich, im Hafenbecken zu schwimmen oder 10 Schritte weiter in der anderen Bucht. Bademöglichkeiten gibt es viele , mit den schönsten Kieseln, die ich je gesehen habe. Die Wanderrouten sind toll aber leider nur teilweise ausgeschildert. Yannis hat einen Wanderführer dort. Besser ist es, sich auf das Handy zu verlassen. Dann wird man mit einer vielfältigen Natur belohnt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Meine Zeit dort war wunderbar, alles war so wie geplant und erwartet. Archondoula hat mir angeboten mit auf ein Festival oben am Berg zu gehen und ihr Onkel hat uns gefahren. Vielen Dank nochmal. Die Musik dort war sehr authentisch. Die Lages des Appartements ist zentral gut gelegen, fussläufig in die schönen Gassen, gleich am Hafen und nahe den Quellen. Man ist mitten im Griechischen Leben, hört manchmal die Schulglocke und die ganz normalen Menschen in Ihrem Alltag. Die Dachterrasse ist herrlich für den morgendlichen Kaffee, wenn die Sonne kommt wäre hier ein Sonnenschutz hilfreich. Dies würde ich Archondoula nochmal als Anregung mitgegeben. Sonst alles perfekt.
