Vacation rentals with beach access in North Aegean Region

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. It was a great experience for us. The area where the house is located is a small seaside town. Beachfront location. Close to everything for eating, shopping, and sightseeing. In other parts of the island, there are transportation vehicles (taxi, automobile or motorcycle rental, etc.) if you want to swim, walk around, have fun. Especially Sevasti (mother) is very friendly, hospitable. You will feel like you are her guest there and not a customer.

Christina is a wonderful host and very welcoming. She is also friendly, loving and caring. The facility is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. The sea in the region is clean. We had a great holiday with the kids. See you again Thank you Christina.

Niko's place is gorgeous. 15 minutes from the port, beautiful road. She greeted us when we went and helped us with the luggage. You can feel the warmth as soon as you enter the room. The house was very clean and the sheets smelled good. It was newly renovated, everything was very useful. Niko had left spare towels and sheets for us. We felt like home. Twenty steps to the sea by walking and the balcony view is amazing. The biggest plus is having private parking. It was helpful with my car rental. I wish I could give this place endless stars. Thank you so much for everything Niko See you again 🤍 soon. We will miss you.

Antonis is a great host. He was very communicative and addressed quickly each our need or question. The apartment itself is close to two beaches. I highly recommend it.

First of all, the house is in a position overlooking the bay. The house was very clean, our room had a large balcony with a great view. An ideal place to relax. Thanks again to Angelano, who works at Jason's place, for his help and hospitality.

We spent two amazing weeks here and were very sad when we left. Ilias, his wife Maria, and dear grandma Alkisti, welcomed us like family. The apartment is more beautiful in reality, the pictures don't do justice. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation or longer stay, not to mention that it's spotless clean. The view and the location are unbeatable, right on the Potokaki beach - one of the best in Samos, short drive or 25 minutes nice walk into Pythagoreio. The sea is so close with a nice breeze, and we preferred to have the windows open all the time, fresh air and sound of waves, instead of AC. We had a car and drove around the island, and came to the conclusion that Alkisti's is the Perfect place to stay in Samos, as a couple, single, or family with kids. We will miss our long breakfasts and evening drinks on the balcony, staring at the sea and the boats, swimming in the clear and calm waters, and hope we will return soon!

My stay was very good. The room was spacious in a very good location and very clean, the staff was responsive. I will visit again.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He made us feel at home. His recommendations for the touristic places and restaurants were also amazing. The apartment was very clean, close to the beach and 10-15 mins away from the center. I enjoyed my time here with family. I highly recommend it!

The house is extremely pleasant, by the sea, the transportation is very convenient and even just staying at home was extremely pleasant, everything that could be needed in the house was considered, it was extremely clean, thank you very much for everything...

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

We had the perfect Greek island holiday, with a well-appointed house, less than a minute's walk to a really quiet part of the beach, where our own sunbeds were set out. No more than 5 minute's walk to the local shop and nearest restaurants. We had all we needed to relax and enjoy our stay! Markus and Nikola were so warm and friendly and Regina greeted us on arrival to show us around the house even though we were over an hour late due to a delayed flight. Inside the house was not just super clean but also really stylish, with cool contemporary polished concrete and reclaimed stone and wood as well as super huge sofas and cushions. Our top favourite was the polished concrete staircase! The house is in a quiet part of Petra, among by other houses which look out to the beach. Would highly recommend. Air conditioning is super efficient in the downstairs rooms; the upstairs kitchen and living room is warmer but manageable with the fans provided. There are always cool rooms to relax in.

This place was absolutely spotless. Private parking was a plus. Communication with Issidoros was fantastic. Rodope went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We are touched by your kindness and hospitality, you made our visit extraordinary, thank you!

We spent our family vacation here with a 20-month-old baby, grandparents, and aunties. The house is a perfect fit for large family or friend groups. Bedrooms and restrooms are spacious, and the location is ideal for discovering Pithagorio and planning trips to the other parts of the island since all the transportation (taxi, bus stop, or rental car) is on the street just below the house. Check-in and out were easy. The houseI has everything for small human beings; high chair, mini table and chairs, toys, etc. Even we couldn't meet in person, Manos is very responsive and friendly. Thank you. Highly recommended place to stay!

The apartment is very clean. It has everything you need. Great views of the countryside, the sea, and the mountains. A place where you can relax, quiet and beautiful The owner answers every question right away. 3 steps to a delicious restaurant by the sea.

This is a perfect location if you want to spend some time close to a quiet beach off the main drag, with very few beach club umbrellas. There is wonderful taverna at one end of the beach, and a cafe with a very niche menu at the other end. You will need to hire a car or scooter to get there and make excursions from there - no public transport. We had been to the beach previously so knew our way around and how to get there, so I cannot comment on how accurate George's direction might be because we did not ask for directions. Comfortable bed and linen, and good aircon in case you need it. The only think you might miss is a washing machine.

This home was comfortable and clean. We loved being steps from the sea.

Cozy apartment, very well equipped with everything you can need, very comfortable beds and the best view left to the old center and right to the sea. The apartment has a private entrance, so you feel like in a tiny house. It is located above a small beach - probably the most pittoresk (and a bit hidden) in Kokkari. Kostas (and his family) is a super friendly and sensitive host! He was always keen to ensure that I felt comfortable and made my stay in Kokkari incredible pleasant. Thank you!

The place was as described. The center of Petra. There are restaurants, bars and a beach close to everything and within walking distance. We were very satisfied. The amenities of the house were also good for the price. There was parking available around it. Eleni is friendly and her needs were clear. Thank you so much

The apartment was fantastic, exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was present, and more. The apartment is located in the middle of lively Kokkari, but you are not bothered by noise because of the beautiful location. Hadi was a fantastic host, very welcoming, and gave us good tips on restaurants. The adopted cat Tiger was also a cozy extra while we sat on our terrace. We definitely recommend Hadi's apartment!!

We were two couples, we found a large and clean apartment, fully equipped, with two comfortable bedrooms. We didn't miss anything. We enjoyed the huge terrace, every morning we had breakfast overlooking the adjacent archaeological site. Easy parking in front of or next to the house. The location is excellent, between the Riha Nera for a relaxed swim and beach bar, and Romeiko Gialos for a walk, food, drink, ice cream and views of the Castle. All within two - three minutes walking distance. Nearby there is a market, bakery, kiosk, everything you need. Very good value for money, friendly and direct communication hosts. The building at first glance is not so well cared for, but that didn't affect us at all, we had an amazing stay.

It was so nice to meet Popi and stay in her apartment, everything is great, place is so cozy and nice. It’s very close to ferry, city center and car rentals. Popi is so friendly and I want to recommend her beautiful pizzeria in city center. Thank you for everything!

We have stayed in Lanas apartment before and have had great stays on both occasions. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed. Lana is great at communicating and Jasmine went extra lengths to help us. Be aware that the road to the apartment is quite steep and paved with cobble stones, so getting luggage there is a bit of a task if your not traveling light. Fully recommended!

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.

An amazing stay - glorious apartment right on a lovely beach front. Everyone was lovely and super helpful (even offering to do our washing). Right next to a lovely restaurant and a short drive to Cambos which is a bit busier and has some bars. Beach was perfect and great to take out the kayaks as well
