Townhome vacation rentals in North Adelaide

What else can I say about Martin and his lovely houses that I haven’t already said in previous reviews? We keep coming back because the property is way above the standard of many others, Martin is always responsive and helpful, and Eastwood feels like our second home.

Our second time staying here. Good for if you're travelling with pets. Easy hosts to get a hold of, good value accommodation. Will return.

Great place to stay. Very spacious and clean. Great location, close to everything but still private. Well presented property. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was as expected, my workers found it very clean and comfortable for the few days that they were there.

The location in the heart of Adelaide was fantastic. Having access to a parking space meant we could explore beyond the city but come back to a location where there is an active cafe strip just down the road. The water pressure in the shower could do with an upgrade but overall, a fantastic place.

Our stay was great! Exactly what we needed. Quick and convenient walks to everywhere we needed to be, easy trips to scenic locations that we wanted to see during spare time. The bedding situation was super convenient as we had a mix of who was staying when and for how long, so the split king and trundle was great. Beautiful quiet space, warm and cosy for our time away. Had a great stay in Christie Downs. Really, really nice place, which felt just like home. Beautifully maintained and a really nice house. Perfect location too right near the train station. Strongly recommend

We loved our stay at Danny’s place in Henley beach. Only a 2 min walk to the beach and so many cafes and restaurants. The space was lovely and clean with lots of home creature comforts. We would definitely stay again if we returned to Henley beach.

The house was beautiful just as per the photos and extremely comfortable for 6 adults. The house is located in a fantastic area with local shops approximately a 3 minute walk and the restaurants and bars on the Parade in Norwood about a 10 minute walk. I would definitely go back again but maybe not in Gather Round where the accommodation is more expensive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property

Simply one of the best AirBnB experiences we have had. Mat's communication was timely and friendly with clear instructions on gaining access to the property and the checkout routine. The property itself was exactly as described and it was spotlessly clean with all the amenities promised. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and there were plenty of towels. All appliances were clean and modern. Mat was an excellent host and had left a basket of goodies as a welcome which were greatly appreciated and incredibly generous. The area around the house was very peaceful and were a short walk to beaches and restaurants. While we didn't spend much time in the local area we would certainly do so if returning. It was only a short trip to the city and McLaren Vale was also close. The whole family loved this stay and we would highly recommend Mat's Christie Beach house for quality and value.

Our family will most certainly to stay here again. This will be our 'go to home' when visiting Adelaide. We have used Airbnb accomodation on several occasions, this property serviced our needs like no other.

We really enjoyed staying at Amy's place - it was clean, had everything we needed, and Amy and Han were responsive and friendly.

Great place for our family of 5 over Easter. Plenty of space and parking, comfy beds, easy to access everything and the teens loved Netflix when we had a few moments of down time. Bianca was a wonderful host and so easy to communicate with - would definitely recommend for a family stay!

Rob’s place was clean and tidy. Easy to find in a peaceful area we were grateful we were able to find a place on the weekend when football gather around was on as my mother had passed away and I needed somewhere to stay. Rob was friendly and instructions were easy to follow thank you very much.
