The Square Tower is completely autonomous and includes on 3 levels a fitted kitchen, living room a suite and a bedroom. Private garden, quiet and relaxing place, ideal for discovering the Chateaux de la Loire, the Forest of Brocéliande and the beaches of the Atlantic.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
