The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Large outdoor spaces sheltered from the sun, children's play area in the garden and parking. You can enjoy a splendid view over the bay of Portoferraio and admire the hill that leads to the long sandy beach of Lacona. If you prefer stones and love snorkelling, you will find some of the most beautiful beaches on the island in Portoferraio.

The sunset in the evening from the terrace is beautiful. It has no heating. From 10/01 to 10/04/21 there are ordinances that limit traffic and roads closed due to sporting events.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
