Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. At the same time, you are only 5 minutes away from the most vibrant part of Nørrebro, which has just been named the best district in the world. The home has a conversational kitchen, with the possibility of eating up to 10 in the kitchen. It is equipped with pots and pans, and cooking is easy. Bathroom and toilet are in two separate rooms, which is an advantage for more guests. I have decorated my home in typical Danish old-fashioned style, with heirlooms from my grandparents.

We are renting out our humble apartment filled with danish and mid century design and art. It has all amenities, perfectly located for experiencing and accessing the city as a local by foot, bike, bus, metro. It’s where you want to be. It's an old historic apartment, kept with all its details and patina. Worth mentioning is the high quality king size bed and the included bicycle + bike helmet. 50 meters to metro and Nørrebros buzzeling arty neigborhood but pitch quiet in the appartment. Spacious balcony with afternoon and evening sun, and view of the two wonderful playgrounds acessible only to you and the people in the apartment complex. The appartment is very bright with three rooms. A charming kitchen with all amenneties, a comfy bathroom and a large livingroom area. One bed is situated in the livingroom with a queen size bed (160X220) the other in an adjacent room.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
