Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Cozy older wooden house of 52 sqm. There are 4 kayaks and a small rowing boat, which can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. There is a gas grill on the terrace. 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on a ship's bunk. Remember fishing rod for catching trout, garfish and mackerel. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

Come relax in this unique and tranquil space. The apartment is located in a 3-long farm, the completely newly renovated and is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature right up the forest and lakes with lots of wildlife. The apartment has everything you need and perfect for vacation and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Beautifully located with fields all around this newly renovated guesthouse is the perfect place for a get-away in romantic and peaceful surroundings. The guesthouse is our former home. Now we live in the main house with our 3 children, 2 cats and our lovely dog. Nature and wildlife is just outside the windows and you can enter the forest from the garden.
