Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country residence. Fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms and open floor plan. Bathroom with shower and separate laundry. The apartment is in its own building on top of the stables. The stables live three black snow sheep. On the farm there is also a dwelling house where we in the family live with two children, cats, rabbits and dogs. Enjoy the tranquility with views of fields, cows and horses on nearby farms. The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is on the upper floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has a double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in one room. Bed linens are available, but bed linens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK/set. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer also a heated pool to use.

Nice accommodation with sea plot

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

On our farm you live in a scenic location with close distance to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm runs Galvån with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used. Hälsingeleden for hiking is nearby

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.
