Cook, sit and enjoy, or sleep well in a nice and peaceful environment. Feel free to use the whole garden. There is a very good Italian restaurant in the village. Closed on Mondays. Now closed for vacation until August 4th. Good public transport. Note: The railway is close by, which can be disruptive to those who are light sleepers. Smoking in the cabin and on the property is prohibited due to fire risk!

Here you live newly renovated with an orangery as a kitchen and living room. The accommodation is located in a quiet, older neighborhood a few minutes' walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports ground, etc. There are three bedrooms downstairs and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. The apartment is located in the city center, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores, and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used; we make each bedroom available based on guests' booking and specific requests. The living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom are always included. A washing machine is available in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement; it is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house – as seen from the garden.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides about 50 liters, which is equivalent to a roughly 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room, a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.
