Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the nearest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (built in 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor apartment with a separate entrance and patio door to a lovely garden. Downstairs: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130 cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6-minute walk to the hospital, about 12 minutes to Lund C. Parking space is available.

The apartment is located in the city center, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores, and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used; we make each bedroom available based on guests' booking and specific requests. The living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom are always included. A washing machine is available in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement; it is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house – as seen from the garden.

Beautiful, newly built apartment in separate part of a villa. Located in a calm neighbourhood in the northern part of Lund close to city center. There is beautiful nature in the vicinity. Apartment fully equipped, with stylish interior. First floor has bathroom, kitchen w/ all necessary appliances, utensils. Second floor has open space w/ dining area, living room w/ couch that can be converted into a bed, a separate bedroom. Apartment comes w/ parking spot outside entrance (no extra charge)

The Log Cabin

Svensk Logcabin, med förebild från USA. Sitt på verandan och betrakta vår Japandi Garden och Koifiskarna i dammen. Laga mat, Sitt och njut, eller sov gott i skön och rofylld miljö. Använd gärna hela trädgården. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i byn. Bra kommunikationer. OBS! Järnvägen ligger nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Vid behov av fler sängar finns en lägenhet att hyra i anslutande byggnad. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är förbjudet pga. av brandrisk!

Orangeri, entire home, a few minutes from Lund C

Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök och vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt, äldre kvarter några minuters promenad från Lund C, domkyrkan, universitet, stadspark, idrottsplats mm. Det finns tre sovrum i nedre plan och två rymliga badrum med toalett & dusch samt en separat liten toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Studsmatta för barnen. Bra wifi. Parkering i området (6 kr/tim dagtid, söndag ingen avgift).

Välkomna till en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle intill Fulltofta Naturreservat. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Parking is available right next to the property for a fee as well as alternative parking options in the nearby area.

Perfekt för dig som reser i arbetet, för dig som besöker Lunds Universitet, den digitala nomaden eller för er som gillar det smått och intimt! Studio 32 ligger centralt i Lunds kulturcentrum precis vid botaniska trädgården och med gångavstånd till allt som staden har ett erbjuda. Området Kulturkvadranten är ett mycket vackert område med fina gamla hus och pittoreska kullerstensgator.

A nice older apartment, very charming with 3 rooms and kitchen, divided into 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom/study, living room, kitchen with dining area for 6 people and bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. Fully equipped. You are close to most things in Lund (walking distance) such as the university, hospital, city center, central station, bus and tram and many other things.
