If you like to be close to everything in Nashville, IN while being in the middle of the woods, this is the place for you. This Cabin is about 2,500 feet from the main road and feels like the middle of the woods. Additionally, Brown County State Park is directly next to the west and north property line boundary. The property is 24 acres total, about 20 acres of mature woods. In just over 5 minutes, you can be to the north entrance of Brown County State Park or in downtown Nashville, Indiana.

Our pole barn style lake house is 5 min. from Lake Monroe and 20 minutes from downtown Bloomington. Enjoy a visit to IU for a game/event or downtown for shopping/dinner. Take a hike in Hoosier National Forest from our backyard or visit the beach nearby at Hardin Ridge Rec Area. Launch your boat at Cutright or Allen’s Creek, just minutes away. We also have entertainment at our place; darts/board games/basketball court/yard games/fire pit/porch swing/big yard! A great space for family & friends!
