Vacation rentals in Jackson County

This was a great place to stay! I felt very safe and had all the amenities needed for a weeks stay. Joshua was a great host and was very responsive!

This was a beautiful cabin, beautifully decorated, comfy and cozy. Pretty much everything we needed was provided. Owners were also friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay there!

Darci has gone above and beyond at the Green Haven. If we could rate higher than 5 stars we would. The place is impeccable. Darci has thought of everything to make this feel like a home. The Green Haven is stocked with anything you may need during your stay. It is within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Growing up in and around Seymour it was great to see someone take interest in revitalizing the downtown area. We will be planning return trips to Seymour and will book the Green Haven again. If it's not available we will change our schedule until it is!

I had a great relaxing birthday weekend. If peace and quiet is what you looking for this is the place for you. The trails were amazing. The house is amazing. Always something to do game room was a place I enjoyed after a fun day out and about the property. Will definitely be renting again.Thank you for making my birthday just what I needed.

I loved the weekend stay in Seymour. I personally have never heard of the place but my p Partner And I went to Scippio, Indiana. To visit where he had grown up. And seriously Shanna's place was literally the only place even remotely close to Scippio, IN. So we picked it out of necessity. And I'm sure glad we did. it was a great, Nice, and peaceful stay. recommended for anyone and better than any hotel/motel I've ever stayed at.

Met up with some family from out of state there. It is really close to Brownstown Speedway where we all go every year for the Jackson 100. usually my family stays with me in Indy and we drive down every night. But I wanted to find somewhere with a shorter drive back and forth. We were there 6 days, rained everyday, all racing got canceled and we didn't even care. We had a wonderful time fishing in the rain and just enjoying the views. Very well stocked lakes. Very secluded, absolutely beautiful property. Seen lots of deer. We all agreed we definitely want to do it again next year.

Pictures don’t do this space justice! 1st of all, you’re above a coffee shop, so it smells delicious all the time! 2nd, as her guest, you receive free coffee…What?!?! Yes, FREE coffee!! From the details that went into decorationing/furnishings, to the layout, there is no detail missed. It has amazing vibes and energy! It’s a very comfortable space and plenty of room to move around. Wait, did I say no detail missed? Most Airbnb’s you stay at do not provide anything (soap, TP, paper towel). Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are all on site. If you forgot your toothbrush, toothpaste or floss, they have it. Make up remover cloths, yep, they have those too! The attention to detail at this place is unlike any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at, EVER! Being a house from the prohibition, they were hiding places in homes like these. In this rental, if you find it, you may enjoy it. *Well, we found it, but decided to pay it forward for the next guests! We will definitely be staying there again!

This is the second time that we’ve stayed here. Both times it was as wonderful as the last. You will not be disappointed and the fact that it is very pet friendly is even that much better! We will definitely be back again and again!!!!
