A fantastic great home located in a quiet area, with a great view. The place is centrally located on Vinterbro within walking distance to shopping center, bus to Oslo and 2 min to highway E6/E18. Tusenfryd is only 5 minutes away. The house is new in 2023 and has all the amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna, 4 bathrooms/WC, large terrace with outdoor grill, TV, wifi as well as all appliances, etc. The house has 6 fixed sleeping places: 1 master bedroom + 4 single bedrooms. If necessary, it is possible to add a camping bed in the TV room.

Come and relax in a peaceful residence near nature, but still centrally located. This is a quiet and child-friendly area with nice nature. Nice forest trails for walking, jogging or cycling. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail and an ice rink. There is also a tennis, football, basketball court and playground for the little ones just across the road. The nearest beach, Hvervenbukta with nice sea views is 4.5 km away. It takes approx. 10 minutes by car to the city center and the nearest bus stop is 300 meters away. Welcome!

Welcome to beautiful Holmlia. Here you live in a child-friendly area close to playground, swimming pool and football fields. Walking distance to the train to Oslo which takes 13 minutes. There is also a bus stop just outside that takes you directly to Hauketo junction by train and bus. Holmlia center is located at the train station and has everything you need. A short drive away are Kolbotn center and Lambartseter center which is somewhat larger. Holmlia has its own library with a children's department.

Small social house by lake, only 30 min. from Oslo

This small social house is situated on the brink of Østmarka national park. You probably will not meet the shy wolf and lynx, but you might see deer og moose. I live here, but sleep in my workshop next door when I have guests. When you are visiting, we share the kitchen and the bathroom, and the big garden. The house is furnished with norwegian design, second hand and hand made book shelves. Book a forest bathing walk if you want 2-3 hours of relaxation. I am a certified forest bathing guide.

The villa was built in 1886 and is approximately 170 m2 with an annex of about 30 m2. The house is situated right by the sea in a scenic protected landscape area with ancient forest on the hill behind and rich wildlife. There are nice fishing,hiking opportunities and foraging available just outside.
