Enjoy a stylish experience in our 86-square-meter (925-square-foot) property. This modern vacation home is located right by the Norddeich marina. The ferry terminal for Norderney and Juist, as well as the Norddeich Mole train station, are within walking distance (about 400 meters). The townhouse has a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a guest toilet, and two bedrooms, as well as two terraces for barbecuing and enjoying the sun.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the brand new summer cottage. The cottage was completed in 2023 and has everything you need. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

After a walk along the dike or the beach, you can end the evening in the cozy apartment or on the beautiful terrace overlooking the fields. The vast landscape and the fresh North Sea air make the stay feel extra special.

The duplex apartment has a north / east-facing living room on the ground floor with a view of the driveway and the surrounding fields. Bedrooms, a shower room and an additional toilet are located upstairs, where grain used to be stored. Four large block-frame sliding windows, which correspond as much as possible to their historical model, let a lot of light (and also air) into the living room. A fireplace in the almost 175-year-old stove niche provides comfort.

This apartment on the second floor of a detached house consists of a bedroom for three people, a kitchen with new built-in kitchen, a cozy living room and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From the living room, a balcony can be reached. In the garden, a terrace with barbecue facilities is available separately for guests. Within walking distance are shops, small shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy and a bicycle rental in the village of Hage.
