The house is close to the marina to the east and about 2.5 km from the North Sea beach with its wide white sandy beach and dune-protected areas, where you can enjoy nature and breathe in the fresh air. Terrace with possibility of sun all day. The price includes the use of water, heat, electricity and internet. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs DKK 400.

And walking distance to grocery store, nature playground 1 km and Nordby 2 km.

There is big patio in front of the house connecting the livingroom to the outside on a sunny day and a large patio at the back. On the ground floor there is a dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms (beds are 200cm long). On the first floor there is a balcony partially overlooking the sea, TV room with big couch and a beedroom

From the sofa there is a view of dunes, nature and rich wildlife, where rabbits and deer come all the way up to the terrace. The house is heated with heat pump and there is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The house is well furnished with central living room and kitchen / living room as well as 2 rooms with 140x200 cm beds.
