We had a very good night at this charming village house close to the sea. Everything was as described and we were even able to meet Xavier at the nearby pool (covered and heated).

Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. A beautiful view of the beach, the sea and the city. There is all the necessary equipment. The residence is very well secured. We would recommend this apartment

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

We had a wonderful stay at Rose Cottage. Beautiful Airbnb and a great location- a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Lovely sunny garden with furniture and a bbq. Comfortable beds. The stairs are steep but that’s called out in the description. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had a short stay but the place was very spacious, quite unique, well decorated and had fantastic views being on the seafront. Great for sunsets too! The local area was peaceful but has some amenities, cafes, restaurants, pier and arcade so everything you need to have a break. Canterbury & Ashford are not far for some sightseeing/shopping. Angela was a great host too! Thanks again!

Apartment as described. We had a great time, what can I say about the breathtaking view... The location by the sea, close to all the restaurants on foot, largely contributed to the quality of our stay. Very clean, functional accommodation, very comfortable bedding. Claudine is very responsive and the instructions are very clear. You can go there without a second thought!

We were completely satisfied with the stay. Check-in would have been possible much earlier, the place was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared upon arrival. The hostess was always quickly available to us and very helpful. The house itself is freshly renovated and ultra-modern. The garden is large and the beach is reachable in a few minutes' walk. The parking space for four vehicles right by the house is also great. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend Grete and the accommodation without reservation.

Excellent stay in this very nice little house where everything is thought of. The view of the bay is amazing and the access to the pool and hot tub is a real plus that we enjoyed! Raphael was very responsive throughout our stay and very accommodating! We'll be happy to go back!

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

We just had a wonderful weekend in the accommodation, like a holiday. A real little paradise, an amazing view. The accommodation is very clean, very cozy and the towels smelled very good. The pool is pure joy. A big thank you to Guilaine and her husband for their warm welcome and kindness. They give you great tips for visiting the surroundings. We'll be back, we loved it so much.

We had a nice stay, the instructions to access the accommodation are very clear. Parking is not very far, about 150 meters. There is everything you need in the kitchen and for the dishes! The bedding could be improved for even more comfort. Great place, we'll be back!

Amazing stay in this peaceful, relaxing and beautiful accommodation. The decoration is carefully thought out and the amenities are of very high quality in all the rooms of the apartment. Favorite for the spa in the room with the TV in front but also for the big cinema screen in the room! Wow! Mathilde and Jordan were very responsive hosts but also very friendly and available from booking to check-out. The village of Ault is very pretty with beautiful sunsets just at the end of the street. We had an amazing stay in Pierre-Olivier's apartment. The view over the marina is absolutely stunning and the apartment is a testament to Pierre-Olivier's sense of taste. We stayed a little over a week with our 2 1/2 year old daughter and that was not an issue at all. She loved it as much as we did. Pierre-Olivier was the perfect AirBnB host - approachable, super fast in reacting to messages and just very, very friendly and super helpful. We felt truly welcome at his place. The location of the apartment is on the prommenade next to the marina, with plenty of restaurant options very close by and also very close to the city center as well, with lots of shops nearby. Thank you, Pierre-Olivier, for being a wonderful host and for being tremendously helpful throughout our stay! All the best!

We were hosted very well by Hélène! The accommodation is lovely. The terrace is great, unobstructed view! The perfect spot to relax, have a drink and enjoy the jacuzzi :)

Charming house ideal for our group. Coolly decorated. All corners are used. Spacious bedrooms. We were 5 adults and 3 kids. A terrace upstairs and a terrace on the ground floor. Umbrella and sun loungers provided. Super location near the sea and ice cream parlor chez Nicole! We would love to come back.
