Barn vacation rentals in Nord-Pas-de-Calais

We’ve had the best time. The barn is very beautiful surrounded but the most beautiful garden. The place was very idyllic for a weekend escape. The location is a short drive from Dungeness. Rye and Folkestone . The pool and hot tub were added bonus. Thank you so much for a wonderful break.

We had a lovely stay for the weekend. Jocelyne was a great host, even though there was a language barrier, there was lots of hand gestures and Jocelyne’s translation on her phone. Very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. We all fell in love with her 3 dogs. Lovely little pizza restaurant not far away and Intermarché 5 minute drive. The sauna was amazing, which is an extra €30 ph. Will definitely return again. Thank you for having us 😍

We had a lovely short break here as a family of four with two teens and a dog. The accommodation is compact but nicely done, well furnished and equipped. Beds and hot tub were immaculate. Aiden recommended the Folkestone harbour arm and local Cliff View Cafe, both of which we visited and enjoyed. We really enjoyed the WW2 tunnels at Dover Castle too. Would definitely recommend.

Caroline is a friendly host. She speaks perfect English. -- The apartment is quiet and has a large garden that you can use. Lots of birds sing there. -- From there you can quickly get to the coast, the Seine or the Forêt de Brotonne. -- Interesting for bird watchers are the "Parc Naturel des Etangs de Pont Audemer," the "Forêt de Brotonne" and the "Réserve Naturelle de l'Estuaire de la Seine."

Very nice renovation of this traditional barn, the house is functional and very nice, it feels good. Thanks for the stay.

Very well-equipped accommodation contains everything you need for a quiet stay with greenery. Adeline is very nice and welcoming. Nickel to spend a long weekend with the family. Not very far by car there is Touquet,Merliment ( walk in the dunes, restaurant the atmosphere too good), Montreuil sur mer, beaches 10-15min drive. I recommend it. I think spring/summer period would be bcp better too.

Really lovely place, we greatly enjoyed our time here and will stay for longer next time.

Spacious rooms. Bathrooms had shower and also one bath. This was practical for the grandchildren. Comfortable kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances. Plates, glasses and cutlery certainly enough! Outside, the children had plenty of space to walk, cycle,… Cool toys and sandbox. The animals also received a lot of attention from the grandchildren!

A beautiful place with nice linens and spacious. Nice touches like bread, jam. Juice and snacks. Possibly didn’t read the review properly but no shower only a bath with hand held spray. We are from NZ- shower people. We managed! Everything else great, super clean lots of space. Overall it was charming, just a few little tweaks.

We stayed here for my partners birthday and wow what a place! Everything you need inside , very comfortable bed and the coffee machine was such a nice touch! The hot tub area was perfect and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings and so peaceful Would 1000% recommend this place to anyone and we cannot wait to return !

Space, ease and peace The property was more spacious than the pictures had led us to believe, so the surprise was very pleasant. The design is modern and airy. The exceptional communication skiĺls and sincere thoughtfulness of the owner added a lot of ease to our stay and made us feel even more comfortable and welcomed. Finally, the property is located in a very quiet area of the town with a nearby lake. This gave us a feel of relaxation and of a slowed down pace of life. Our family has enjoyed a very lovely time and the kids who had plenty of space to run inside and outside will probably have wonderful memories of this place. We will certainly return and with great pleasure! Thank you very much to Ludiwine and her family ;).

Even nicer than shown in the photos! Very spacious, comfortable house with lots of privacy. On both the ground floor and on a high a nice quiet bedroom with a spacious private bathroom. We stayed there with a couple of friends and had plenty of privacy because everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom on their own floor. The shared stays are conveniently arranged. A wonderfully large dining kitchen with wood stove where everything from wine glasses to pans is present. Upstairs a spacious living room with French doors to a roof terrace with beautiful views. Nice, discreet hosts who had a nice attention on the kitchen table upon arrival. The region is simple and authentic, not tourists. Tourist attractions like Amiens or the booth are half an hour away. Recommended!

Lovely 1 night stay for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration! Gorgeous accommodation - spacious but with a cosy cottage feel for our games night and the hot tub was a fab addition! Lisa was super helpful and responsive to my messages when planning our stay and also while we were there too. We all felt very welcome and really enjoyed our ‘short but sweet’ time at the barn - thank you!

We had the best experience ever with our night away and I can’t thank Alex and his father enough. On arrival we were taken to the barn by a lovely lady who took us around and explained everything to us. Nothing was too much trouble. The barn itself was fabulous there were 5 of us so lots of room. The hot tub was lovely and warm - we sat outside until around 10pm before returning to our beautiful bedrooms. We were able to bring our little cockapoo so went for a fabulous walk across some stunning fields. We also took advantage of booking breakfast the following morning and it was fabulous. Couldn’t fault a single thing - thank you so much Alex and team 🙏 I cannot fault a single thing and we will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic time at Marks beautiful house. We loved the outside space and took advantage of the glorious weather. We were left some basic supplies which was a lovely thought. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Mark was quick to respond to anything we asked was a great weekend made extra special by our nephews wedding Deb

Alexandre is a very friendly, very accommodating and very responsive host The house is very nice and spacious (especially the living rooms, living room, kitchen in particular) tastefully decorated. The outside is just as nice with heated pool and sheltered kitchen/living room. The house is finally well equipped for both adults and children. I would highly recommend it! We had a wonderful family weekend there!

Really great place to stay in nature. If you want to be awakened by the pheasants and love visiting the chickens, this is the place. We felt very comfortable. Everything is furnished with love, everything you need for a vacation. Louise responded immediately to inquiries and she and her husband made everything possible to help us as quickly as possible. The very clairaudient and secluded did not deter us! Thanks for a great stay!

Large cottage quietly located while being close to the coast. Everything is well thought out by the owners to make guests feel good: beautiful decor, 2 living rooms, almost every room has its own bathroom, 4 independent toilets, top bedding, sauna and Swedish bath, equipped and fenced garden, nothing was missing. A few pleasant details caught our attention: welcome with drinks from the area, each sink was equipped with a towel and soap dispenser, the bathrooms had sufficient towel racks and chairs,... ideal for a family stay with small children!

Don, Inge and Pebbles (their dog) gave us a warm welcome. The barn is comfortable, well equipped and perfect for people working remotely (great internet). We loved the peaceful surroundings with lots of nature. Our dogs had lots of fun running around the garden.

We had a great extended weekend at Isabelle's. Nice accommodation, clean, beautiful decor, peaceful. A mention for the garden and the egg chair! Excellent communication from Isabelle, responsive, positive, pleasant. We'll be back on a future trip to Lille. Thank you.

Charming little air bnb in an amazing location. Under 5 mins from beautiful Margate beach, but on a quiet side street. The property is a cosy, little 2 bed house. Homely and uncluttered. Even has a little, covered courtyard style garden for chillin' (and drying wet swimming trunks). The hosts, Zack & Georgia, were friendly, super helpful and polite. They always replied very quickly and you got the feeling nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The house even has free parking adjacent to the property. Which is super helpful, as anyone travelling with young children knows you tend to pack half the house. We'd def stay in this little gem of a find again and would highly recommend.
