Beachfront vacation rentals in Noordhoek

This was my third visit to Jane's and it keeps getting better each time. Can't think of a better place to visit for a detox with the family :)

Rustic beach house. Not much to the accommodation, simple and comfortable. exceptional location. Loved our stay. Feels like you’re in a David Attenborough documentary. Would definitely return

We had a really great stay at Beachball B&B. The accommodation is spacious and clean, plus it has all of the amenities you need and the complimentary wine and milk came in handy. The location is perfect in the centre of Kalk Bay and parking was easy to find on the same road. Tessa's communication was great and friendly, plus we really appreciated the early check-in and we extended our stay for one more night which was easy enough to do. I would highly recommend staying here for a comfortable stay and easy access to everything that Kalk Bay has to offer.

this house was all we were hoping for - and then some more - for a quick family getaway weekend. breathtaking location, stunning home, sea view, modern yet comfortable, all amenities one could hope for, it felt like home away from home. johan was extremely communicative and helpful throughout.

The pictures are beautiful, but you really have to be there to appreciate it. The views are breathtaking, and the sunsets are absolutely majestic. The house is perfectly designed — whether you want to chill out on your own or enjoy the middle-floor entertainment area for a dinner, a braai, and sundowners on the deck. It has everything you could need — inverters for power, balconies on every level, and even a beautiful little private trail in the backyard if you’re keen for a stroll. I just wish we could have stayed longer! Also, Tim is a fantastic host — incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Great view! Very quiet neighbourhood with great restaurants nearby. Best surprise was an "extra length" bed, for all the tall people.

We had a great weekend at Michaels place, we loved the veiw, and to beoverlooking the action starting with runners, cyclist and swimmers very early morning, and businesses opening and the weekend crowd and "late night" restaurants. We parked our and did not drive our entire stay. Bliss.

Wonderful place, just steps to an incredible beach, really private feeling. Kitchen was really well stocked for a big family. Really comfortable spaces with great bathrooms (with excellent water pressure!). It is a beautiful location, but be aware that it's a healthy drive to central Cape Town given the frequent traffic.

When we arrived, we went to the wrong place and Graham came to collect us - he even helped and carried some of the bags. The apartment is stunning. Overlooking the sea - what a view! I can't wait to go back because I was not disappointed. By the way - the security lady was so helpful.. Graham is a gem as he kept on checking how we were doing..

Allen's home on Clifton beach was perfect for our family of 7. Unbelievable views of the beach with amazing windows to view from most every room. I could have stayed there a year. Amos, the in-house keeper, was amazing at the household duties and we enjoyed seeing him around the property. We will be back and we will recommend this amazing place.

We had a lovely stay at Pat & Lester's place. They were friendly, the place has everything you could possibly need with lovely little extras ;) The views are amazing - very peaceful. We would love to stay again!

This serene and spacious apartment is bright, sunny and with a spectacular view over the harbour of Kalk Bay and False Bay. We love Kalk Bay and its walkability, restaurants, boho boutiques, and nearby natural ocean tidal swimming pools. This apartment is the answer!

I had the pleasure of staying at Robinn's place on my visit for Two Oceans Marathon, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I booked my stay in the early hours of the morning after being let down by a previous accommodation, and Robinn was incredibly understanding of my situation. She went out of her way to accommodate me, even allowing for an early check-in, which was a huge relief. The space itself was beyond perfect – peaceful, clean, and much better than the photos. It was a truly calming place to relax & Carb load for marathon preparation. Robinn was not just a wonderful host, but she also gave me fantastic recommendations on how to navigate Simonstown and get to and from the race itself. She was always available when I needed anything, and her attention to detail made my stay feel like a true home away from home. I absolutely loved my time there and would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you, Robinn, for making my first marathon experience in Capetown more memorable!

We loved our stay here while we were visiting Cape Town. It has an amazing view of the ocean and a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy it. The house was extremely clean and well-stocked for our stay, and Naomi was very kind and attentive. There is plenty of space for anywhere from a couple to a large family to stay. We will definitely book this Airbnb again on our next trip to Cape Town!

We had a great time at Gaëlle and Xavier's. Great accommodation, easy check-in and check-out. The view was simply gorgeous.

We fell in love with this place the moment we walked through the gates. The vibe is pure bliss. You would not want to ever leave. Kim was fabulous as was her place. Exactly what I needed being solo in the area for a few days. Also easy walk into Simon’s Town.

Absolutely loved our stay. The view from the porch and bedroom itself is stunning! Courtney was very responsive and helpful with recommendations and suggestions for activities to do in the area. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Louis's cottage was immaculate and exactly what we needed for the weekend. He's done some lovely alterations to the cottage and it's filled with personal photographs of the beautiful Cape. He communicated well with us, and we knew exactly what to expect. The beds were comfy and the place spotless. I especially loved having a washing machine and tumble dryer available - THANK YOU! Walking to the beach with my morning coffee was such a treat. We'll ba back! :-)

It was the most beautifulf home in the most beautiful setting, with views of Chapman's Peak and the ocean and a calming home to view them from. The house is well-located and walking distance from the beach, restaurant and shops making it an easy location to stay with kids or guests not wanting to drive far. We enjoyed morning runs up Chapman's Peak and coffee breaks at local coffee bars. The house was clean, generous in space and beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was always available for a quick query. We highly recommend this spot!

I spent over a week at Jo’s apartment and absolutely loved it. It’s a very cozy and stylish space, with everything you need for a comfortable stay — including a fireplace, which was especially appreciated during the colder days. The open-plan layout makes the apartment feel incredibly spacious, and the place is filled with natural light. The balcony is fantastic, and since the apartment sits above the garage with its own private entrance from the street, you get a real sense of privacy and independence. The view from the window deserves a special mention — it’s absolutely stunning, whether it’s morning, daytime, or during the beautiful sunsets. The location is also great — within walking distance of a few restaurants, cafes, and a minimarket. Kommetjie is a peaceful area, perfect if you’re looking to escape the city noise. Huge thanks to Jo for being such a welcoming and responsive host. She was always quick to help and very kind throughout my stay. I truly hope to return one day!

I had a wonderful restful and peaceful stay at Tara and James's cottage. The bed is comfortable with good linen and pillows. Tara was very attentive, responsive and proactive which I appreciated.
