Vacation rentals with beach access in Noordhoek

Fabulous place, location, and hosts. I highly recommend both. Kalk Bay is all charm. The apartment, top floor, has a wonderful view of the ocean and hills. Stunning. Easy secure walking into town. Lynne and Luiz are the best. The apartment is perfect in everyway: the bathtub overlooks the hills and with the sound of the ocean is all peace and comfort.

Perfect one night stay. We will be back.

This serene and spacious apartment is bright, sunny and with a spectacular view over the harbour of Kalk Bay and False Bay. We love Kalk Bay and its walkability, restaurants, boho boutiques, and nearby natural ocean tidal swimming pools. This apartment is the answer!

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Kalk Bay apartment! It’s spacious, stylishly furnished, filled with natural light, and offers stunning views of the harbour. The location is unbeatable—steps away from Olympia Café and Harbour House. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable, and it was the perfect spot for our wedding weekend—the bride even got ready here! We’ll definitely be back.

Great week long stay. As a solo traveler, I had a lot of questions. I always received helpful and communicative responses. I often walked places. Other places were a very quick uber away. Would certainly return if I come back to Cape Town.

The view was amazing and the porch is such an enjoyable space.

Words cannot describe the location of this property. Literally ON the beach with the most beautiful sunsets. Private and tranquil. Honestly just felt like heaven when on the deck by the pool looking out over this setting. A little jealous that I don’t get to live there. 😉 Absolutely stunning.

Our stay at Philipp’s place was fantastic. From the moment we booked, we could tell Philipp was an exceptional host. His communication and care were outstanding. When we arrived, he welcomed us personally, helped with our bags, and gave us a mini tour along with much-appreciated coffee recommendations. One detail I especially loved was the beautiful handbook he’s put together with thoughtful restaurant recommendations and personal notes. It was such a lovely touch and really shows how much care he puts into creating a wonderful experience for his guests. Once we settled in, I have to say: impressed is an understatement. I can be quite particular, and this was truly an excellent stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with high-quality appliances and thoughtful complimentary touches throughout. We had a lovely stay at Imraan's! The house and the view were so stunning and that made one almost not want to leave the house at all. We also got great recommendations and communication was also very easy. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Caroline’s place!! She managed to get the place ready for us on short notice and the location and quiet surrounds made for a comfortable stay. Caroline was very lovely, responsive and helpful in making sure our check in-in was swift and as expected. Noordhoek is such a great area to unwind in - the local coffee shops and restaurants were within walking distance of the place.

We stayed over a week in Cape Town and loved the location! I had no idea when booking it that St. James was such a cute little village and we were just up the hill from great restaurants Folk Cafe and Pizza Shed (my local friend said is the best pizza in Cape Town). The tidal pool on the beach is fun to swim in. My son loved exploring the rocks and finding sea urchins and anemones. The views from the apartment were so gorgeous -- sunrises & sunsets like paintings! One day we saw a perfect rainbow spanning the beach on the ocean. Every night we could hear the sound of the surf and ocean waves. The giant picture window, the little sitting nook and the various outdoor sitting areas were so cute and calming I just wanted to stay there all day. The apartment is old and quirky, as expected from any older building, but it didn't detract from our stay. Just be aware you will be getting your daily stair workout to get to the front door. I would love to stay here again on our next visit!!

If you’re reading this review, it means you’re considering this rental. If this beach-front property is available, don’t waste any more time and simply rent it! My wife and I have rented AirBnB properties around the world and this rental was spectacular. One of the best places, if not the best place, we’ve ever rented. Mary-Louise is a very responsive host, her place is spotless clean, large with 2 bedrooms and has a multi-million dollar view. Only steps away from the ocean, falling asleep to the ocean was so relaxing and the only thing we wish was to have been able to stay longer than just 3 nights. My work colleagues was raised in Cape Town and recommended Camps Bay over the V&A area and we were so happy we listened to him and stayed on Glen Beach. Thanks so much Mary-Louise for an amazing stay!!!!! Should we ever return to Cape Town, we will definitely be a repeat guest.

Unique beautiful place , such a magic view to wake up to !

This is right at the top of the list of best AirBnB stays we have ever had. The house is magnificent and the surroundings are breathtaking. It is safe and the hosts are incredible. Cannot recommend highly enough!

What a beautiful location! You will relax there completely. Also easily accessible thanks to the host's instructions. For our family with three children, it was also very spacious, each room equipped with its own bathroom. You can even shower with a view of the ocean, completely zen. The beautiful garden also invites you to enjoy a lot of nice aperitif evenings. Thank you Andrea for sharing this magical place with us, we can recommend it to anyone!

Stayed at Leo’s place for 4 nights. Timon was assisting us throughout. Very helpful. Always replied to our any questions at any time. We weren’t able to operate the heater, so he came down specially to show us and made a video also got an extra electric heater if we still can’t operate the manual one. Loved the place. It’s just perfect for 2 people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with gorgeous views and near to all the restaurants and supermarkets We had a great time :)

I can’t say enough great things about Laurene’s place! Phenomenal location with amazing coffee shops and eateries around. Felt very safe there as well. Laurene was so fast and responsive and had tons of great location suggestions of things to do. The jacuzzi was a great touch for weary bones after walking all day! I highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic views. Comfortable bedrooms and great ablutions. Close to many restaurants and for sports mad world class promenade to run awesome swimming pool to train and great cycling routes. Happy space for the fat triathletes and people who love sea sunsets

What a great spot with easy access to the beach or pools. In winter, you have the ever changing sea views but due to the recessed position less noise. It was a relaxing sanctuary after our work days and Liz was an attentive hostess, arranging an easier parking for our large car … For those who struggle with mobility there are steps to the well appointed unit.

I would definitely stay at this accommodation again! Yvonne is a great host and very responsive to communication. The apartment is lovely, clean, and smells wonderful. It was as described and directly across the ocean. 5 stars!

Chantelle is an amazing host. Very welcoming, great recommendations for local things to do, and really reassured me that I could contact her for anything during my stay if I'd needed. As for the apartment, it was perfect for my stay. I was travelling this part of my trip solo, so it was important for me to feel safe which I totally did. It's walkable to V&A and really convenient for driving further afield too. Good walkable restaurants in the same road too. There is easy parking but it isn't secure (which I've had everywhere else I went), but it's a safe neighbourhood so there was no issues (even with my white polo!), and the complex itself is very secure which is much more important. Would definitely stay again if in the area, which I hope to be one day.... Thanks Chantelle!
