Beautifully located in a rural place with spacious terrace and garden. The nature reserve 't Roegwold and the Fraeylemaborg are within walking distance. Supermarket 1.5 km. Schildmeer is 7 km away. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (designer radiator, underfloor heating). Private entrance, parking, terrace with seating. Quietly located and only 10 minutes by bike to the center of Veendam. Directly at the entrance of Borgerswold park and a nice starting point for bike rides, don't forget to visit Groningen.

It is furnished light and harmonious. The house is suitable for couples and singles, not for children. Overnight stay with 2 persons maximum. No pets. Non smoking (except on the terrace).
