Woodland bungalow with lots of privacy

Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not in a holiday park and has its own entrance to the Tilweg. In 2018 it was completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it is in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own grounds of 1100m2! From the cottage you can walk into the woods in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

The holiday home is new, realized in September 2020 and has all the comforts. Our holiday home in Drenthe is situated on the outskirts of the village and therefore a unique location as a base for many beautiful trips in beautiful Drenthe. A few steps outside the door and you are in the Valtherbos. Also for the runners, hikers and cyclists and ATB ers among us, there are beautiful routes in the immediate vicinity. On the property is also the owner's house.

Located between the Gees forestry and the Mantingerveld, with unobstructed views over farmlands. Space in beautiful location under a thatched roof, equipped with every luxury. Come and stay with us in front of the farm. We rent out two bedrooms with new box-spring beds. Furthermore, you will find a wonderful sauna next to the bathroom. The rooms and living space (>60m2) are equipped with separately adjustable airconditioners. Cot and chair on request. You can prepare breakfast yourself in the kitchen.
