The best Airbnb I have ever stayed in!! Everything in the apartment is perfect! Location is amazing, you have everything you could need within a 5-minute walk. 7/11s, great Thai food open late, other restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The apartment is big, as modern as can be, and so clean. Very comfortable, great beds, big showers with perfect water pressure, lightning-fast WiFi, multiple TVs, comfortable couch, big living room with great dining room table, a desk, big closets, perfect washing machine, chairs, etc. The balcony is great with a nice view. The air condition is central throughout the whole apartment - you can set it to the exact temperature that you want! It is a quiet building, you won't hear any neighbors. The building is great too - security guards very nice. The host is great and responds and helps very quick. The cleaning lady is amazing, made for a great check-in and she was very helpful. It does not get any better than this, I highly recommend you book this Airbnb!!!

Absolutely gorgeous appartment in Bangkok, we were there only 2 nights and it was not enough because we could literally live there. Everything seems brand new and is perfectly clean. The room and private patio are so confortable that we relaxed there during our 2 days of stay instead of visiting the city. Sasimanas and her parents are amazing hosts, they are welcoming, proactive and helpful, they allowed us to early and late check-in. We definitely recommend the Banana tree garden to anyone who want to stay in Bangkok away from the crowd.

Very convenient. Turn left after the BTS stairs and walk for 2 minutes. The environment is very comfortable. It feels like home. I will definitely come back next time I come to Bangkok. LOVE

absolute pleasure staying in this quiet corner, not far from anything you want to do either. family run restaurant next door, with such a happy vibe. the space was comfortable, AC strong, everything was just perfect. local recommendations were super helpful too. highly recommend staying here and not the super touristy side of the river.

Very nice experience. Was welcomed by mr Charn with a cheerful smile. Really appreciated his hospitality and thoughtfulness. The place is located quite far from the center of Bangkok but will be a good choice for people who come to attend a concert or event around Impact. Around 20 minutes to walk to Impact from here (however should go with a group of 4-5 people if you come back late) and only 5 minutes by taxi or grab. Very easy to get a grab to go anywhere you want. Near 7-11 and Family Mart is another good point.

Excellent accommodation. Exactly as described with great amenities and well air conditioned. The hosts were excellent and responsive and helped us with our queries. The location was great and taxis super cheap to get around - it avoided the super busy streets whilst keeping a good distance from them. Thank you so much!

Perfect homestay, perfect, great in every way, the best homestay in Bangkok, or the most comfortable homestay I've ever stayed in.The bedside table can charge your phone wirelessly, projector TV, massage chair, sauna room, living room sofa also has a leg massager, garage, detached villa, 2 floors 4 bedrooms, latex mattress, latex quilt, latex pillow, coffee machine water dispenser air purifier, dishwasher fan, 3 bathrooms 2 kitchens, large living room and balcony, it's a really comfortable Bangkok vacation home, even a 5-star hotel can't compare, Bangkok 5-star hotels are more expensive than Shanghai and Beijing.The best homestay I have ever stayed in Bangkok, the location is also very central, easy to go anywhere, most importantly, it's very quiet at night, I hate the sound of motorcycles and tuk-tuks in Bangkok.There is even a sauna. The hardware and software are really good. The materials used for the renovation are all good. The layout is also very good. It's super ventilated. The facilities and equipment are particularly good.Anyway, I hope to bring my family or friends to stay again, thank you Host.

I used it as a place to stay for an employee trip! It was close to the main city center of Bangkok, and it was a short walk from the station, but I had a very relaxing stay in a spacious space! The housekeeper was also kind and accommodating, so we had a comfortable stay!Recommended!

We enjoyed our second stay here very much. The house is so sweet and watching life on the water was very relaxing after our days exploring Bangkok. We used the boats as public transport, which I highly recommend! The neighbourhood is lovely and the cafes nearby are excellent. I'm so glad we were able to experience this very special part of Bangkok.

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Isra and his wife are amazing host. They really look after you no matter of the time. They are a lovely couple. Just for future stayers be aware that going back and Doherty always needs to be arranged in advance. Once, there make sure you have everything you need. Walking around the island is not very easy as from the place there is no route to just walk and go and explore. If you just want to stay in one place, this is ideal. My only negative is the mosquitos. You get bitten a lot. Maybe more things available to combat it like insect killing lights. More sprays, etc.

Big and beautifully organised and comfortable house. Has everything you need and more . Close to the bts and 7-11. Food Market during the weekday day time outside. Jojo was great . We had a couple of things to resolve and Jojo went out of his way to get them sorted immediately(even on the National holiday . Can’t thank Jojo enough for his hospitality

I stayed a few days after the quake and life was pretty normal. No cracks on walls or building but Garden cordoned off as well as the roof top pool. No biggie. Hope it’s re-opened next time. Super easy walk to MRT and secure, cozy, private apartment with amenities on the ground floor. There were a few more rules noted in the flat e.g. smoking weed carries an enormous fine which should be made clear online but again, no biggie. It was a lovely place to unwind after exploring

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

It was a place I stayed for Songkran, and the room condition was so good for the price that I liked it very much. The interior was spotlessly tidy, clean, and the staff was friendly. I would like to stay again if I visit Bangkok again next time.
