I had the pleasure of being one of the first guests at this brand-new listing, and it was a great experience overall. The house is very large, clean, and tastefully furnished. Location is great with walking distance to a BTS station, making it a perfect base to explore Bangkok from. The host Luca is very responsive and was eager to assist with any questions I had about the area, as well as giving some great recommendations for local restaurants and nightlife spots to check out in Bangkok. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for top notch Bangkok experience!

Pornchai was very hospitable. They accommodated our large group of 10 people and 1 cat. We are happy with the stay.

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. The air conditioning worked well (super cold), and the location is convenient with walking distance to cafés nearby and to the BRT. We especially loved the games room, it kept us entertained for hours. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We had a small issue with a room door lock, but the host managed to arrange a locksmith, even late at night, which we really appreciated. Recommended for a fun stay with friends!

Annie and Jira were absolutely incredibke hosts and we felt so welcome, at home and incredibly happy during our wonderful stay in Maison Chan. Everything was perfect and we really loved the area and the home itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated as well as being perfect and comfortable for all our needs. Great Location near to everywhere, cozy house with all the amenities you need. One think I don't like is that street dogs in the area can be very loud some nights. allover great experience.

The place is good large and close to Shopping mall around the restaurant and private. The room is clean. Host is quickly responding and kindness. I will be come back again.

Our stay was perfect and Watana was extremely responsive and accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure our 2 toddlers had the comforts of home! Location was amazing and extremely walkable while still quiet and free of any outside noise. Amenities such as pool and children’s on-site play spaces were a great way to spend rest days.

Our group of 12 adults had a great stay at this property. The villa was clean, extremely spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond, making the experience seamless. The location was down an alley which was a little difficult for the Grab/Taxi drivers to access due to parked vehicles near the corner restaurant. We did experience a condensation drip from the air conditioner unit in one of the bedrooms during our stay. However, after notifying the hosts the issue was addressed. Overall, we would recommend staying here again.

Ern was so helpful and responsive to my messages. The apartment is beautiful and absolutely huge compared to what I expected! Perfect walking distance to the train, shops and food. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again if I was back in Bangkok!

Beautiful home! Very convenient location to many shops. Large enough for our family of 5. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and communicated well. No issues whatsoever. She made us feel very welcomed. Would definitely recommend her home to others visiting Thailand.

We really enjoy to stay Albert's place. Very spacious, the kitchen is functional were we can cook our breakfast. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, bed are comfortable to sleep. The staff and host are very accommodating and responsive. For the last 8 days we stayed we are felt at home. We highly recommend Albert's place. We had a lovely stay in Georgios’ apartment - to have a bathtub, a balcony and air conditioning was heaven for us. The location was great, right next to everything you need, in a really interesting area. Georgios was very helpful when we were checking in quite late, great about our pet cat, and always responsive whenever we needed anything. Thanks so much for having us 🙏🌸✨

Was a great location and very clean. Appreciated the washing machine. Location was convenient as there's a 24 hour convenience store, pharmacy and supermarket a short walk away. Some plumbing noises throughout (sounds like hairdryer/ waterpipes) which we were OK with but bring earplugs if it would bother you. Bed was comfy and sheets soft, aircon was wonderfully cold. A blessing in the heat. Had everything we needed including many clothes hangers and a balcony for drying clothes. Bulb went out during our stay and host fixed the issue promptly. It was a nice stay, thank you for having us!

Sunisa’s place is awesome! Her staff were very helpful, and the airbnb is in an awesome location. It was quiet for a city apartment, and there was plenty of room for us all to mingle while also having private space in our rooms. The laundry was an added bonus.

Place was very spacious. Host was always so friendly and attentive to our needs making sure everything went smoothly. When there was hiccups host would respond in minutes to answer any questions. Would recommend this place. Also note if you plan on taking the train station it is about a 15 minute walk!

We had a family trip there, there are several floors, it will be difficult if you have grandparents. For the young people, that’s totally fine. We eat everyday outside, but we saw a bug last night :( I mean even it’s normal at summer country, but still scared us. The china town night market is really close and great place to eat. Additional, very good massages around! After all, I recommend with the reasonable price! The google list shared by owner was very useful! Thank you

What a gem! We've always traveled yearly to Bangkok and this is the place to stay at for all our future trips. Great location to amenities, food, street vendors etc. Very homely vibe, clean and place was very well equipped. All the kids and adults loved the place. And even though it's in the heart of a bustling place, it's very private and quiet with its own security. The hosts were very nice and helped out with a few requests as well. Will definitely be back again next year! P/S: for those who wants a shortcut to Emsphere, Marriott Hotel's gate is open till 6pm and the community's gate is open till 10pm.
