Vacation rentals with lake access in Nonnenhorn

The hosts were Great ! Always responsive helpful and friendly. The house was wonderful with amazing views ! We had everything we needed in the house from supplies. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Zurich !

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is cozy and you have a beautiful view outside into a well-kept garden. The beds are comfortable, the rainforest shower pleasant. The hostess was on vacation herself, communication was unproblematic and friendly. When the heating went out, she called an installer, who came by right away. As an electric car driver, the Wallbox was important to us, but its operation was not so easy and understandable. Charged at 29 cents/kWh. We traveled from Illmensee to the Lake Constance region, but underestimated the distances to the individual destinations. It was wider and more curved than expected. This is just info for travelers, because the host can't do anything about it.

One of the best places we've ever stayed!! The farm with the beautiful, lovingly and high-quality restored farmhouse is quietly and idyllically located overlooking Lake Constance. There is space everywhere to sit together with several people. We were able to eat outside at the long table in the garden with 3 families, as well as in the dining room. Kitchen and living room are cozy and well equipped. The kitchen is really a dream and has everything you need. The converted roof offers all possibilities for activities, our children found that really great. You can take beautiful little hikes directly from the house. The barbecue area with lake view is a particularly idyllic place! It is very clean, the bathrooms chic and Julia was very nice and helpful. Simply fantastic! I hope we can come back soon!

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

We were at Edith's house for 11 days in September. The proximity to the lake, the house with the large garden, the beautiful terrace, the lavish amenities and our nice hostess made for a wonderful vacation. Thank you! We will be happy to come back! Dr. Karl-Heinz and Simone Schnaibel

There were three of us and we enjoyed the time very much. In the area you can do a lot and is optimal for cycling. We also did the pub and sunsettipp and is definitely recommended. The apartment is very quiet with views of Lake Constance. Thanks to Nikil's tip, we were able to buy organic vegetables directly from the producer. The apartment was clean and the kitchen has the most important utensils. We will be happy to come back sometime:-). And safe by bike.

We spent wonderful days over Easter with our 7-member extended family (three adult children and two grandmothers) in this lovingly furnished house. It offers plenty of space – a large living room, a bright conservatory and a long dining table invite you to socialize. The open kitchen with freestanding kitchen block and bar stools leaves nothing to be desired – ideal for cooking, baking and even Easter egg coloring together. The new terrace with seating steps and the well-kept garden are perfect retreats overlooking the lake. There is ample space for cars in the driveway, and the garage offers storage space for bicycles. The location is ideal: You can reach the lake on foot and start hikes directly from the house. A bus stop opposite allows convenient excursions to the surrounding towns. An all-round successful family experience – we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful week and also our Labrador Rosa loved it. Right away from the house nice walks without a lot of cars or people, so exactly what we wanted. The way to Hergensweiler to Gasthof Post was very nice and the food there is delicious, highly recommended. Ursula and her husband are very likeable and attentive hosts, we lacked nothing. We can imagine coming back. You have your peace and space, but you are still quickly in Lindau or via Friedrichshafen and catamaran in Konstanz. After the trip to the world, we were always happy to come to our cozy house!

We had a longer stay in this apartment in January 2025! The host was extremely attentive and took great care of our well-being. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with a lot of love for detail, and the beds are very comfortable – we slept wonderfully. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful view of the lake, which we could enjoy every morning. The location is pleasantly quiet but still ideal: in just 15-20 minutes on foot you can reach the island. Perfect for a relaxing break – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment was equipped with everything you need and also very clean and well maintained. In addition, we particularly liked the wonderful bathtub - it's really huge! Our dog was also kindly welcome and the water bowl was already ready when we arrived. Kerstin is just really a super nice and conscientious host. The location of the apartment is also unbeatable: we always had a parking space in front of the door and were able to walk to both the lake promenade and the old town with countless restaurants and shopping. Conclusion: We felt completely comfortable and I can only recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much! The apartment was clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – exactly as described. We particularly liked the quiet location and the cozy atmosphere that invited you to relax. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful.

Everything is perfect here! Starting with the communication, to the amenities, to the cleanliness, everything was extremely good. And nothing needs to be said about the location. It doesn't get any better than this with a view of the lake. Not even the balcony was missing, as a small bench invited you to linger in front of the window. Feel free to come back anytime!

The apartment is located in a super quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and are super modern and pretty (as with Ikea ;-)). There is also no lack of technical refinements (large TV, light , electric. Castle). The bathroom was also mega chic and clean. Marco is always available and immediately available for questions. Thanks again to Marco !!! The property is close to the lake and there is a direct access (for bathing or sup) which can be reached in 2 min on foot. If you are good on foot, there are very good restaurants in the center of the village (about 1.5 km). Konstanz can be easily reached by train in 15 minutes. From there you can go anywhere by boat. All in all, we enjoyed the stay super well and we would also book the place a 2nd time.

Wasserburg is small, quaint and everything is wonderful within walking distance. Bakeries, butcher, farm produce shops, bio shops, restaurants, fish shops, pharmacy, banks and the train station all within a very short walking distance. easy access to the 2 bigger cities Friedrichshafen and Lindau/insel. lovely to just walk through to the surrounding villages too. excellent base camp

We had a perfect stay! The host was fantastic, super friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The apartment itself was lovely and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our long weekend. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to the lake. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
