House vacation rentals in Nong Kwai

This place is such a wonderful find for families. We stayed there for a month and we typically got around by using a grab or one of the bicycles that was on the property. We were given local recommendations. The pool was really wonderful and there were lots of great toys that my kids played with. The hot water heater works great. The air conditioning worked in each room. There were lots of items in the kitchen that made cooking really easy. I’m so glad that we were able to stay here for the month and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We enjoyed it a lot..

我覺得這間可以當作最後一晚入住的地方，因為住宿附近比較沒有什麼店家，要走到馬路的7-11需要大約8-10分鐘，路上比較偏暗覺得相對不安全一些些，但離機場只要10分鐘的車程非常方便！！！地板有些許灰塵我覺得還可以打掃的更好，然後床太軟了，只要枕邊人翻個身很像地震一樣會晃😅，但我覺得老闆娘的服務很好，有問必答，回覆速度蠻快的，民宿內每間房間都有空氣清淨機，客廳還有一台大電視聲音很好畫質也很好，冰箱有免費的水與飲料，但酒類要錢！最後這裡有一個大泳池可以讓朋友家人一同玩樂吃東西聊天，我覺得整體來說還是蠻推薦的！

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 “Peaceful stay in the heart of Chiang Mai!” We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect — tucked away in a quiet alley, yet only a short walk from all the amazing temples, cafes, and night markets. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and little touches like fresh bottled water and local recommendations. Our host was super responsive and friendly, offering great tips for exploring the Old City and arranging airport pickup. Waking up to birdsong and having coffee on the balcony made our mornings feel magical. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Chiang Mai and want a peaceful, authentic experience with all the modern comforts. We’ll definitely be back!

The house is beautiful, well furnished and spacious yet has a very homely vibe. Sanitised bedroom slippers are provided. The bedrooms are big, very clean & comfortable with thick mattresses, beddings, luxe bath & face towels. The bathrooms are also very well maintained with all amenities provided. We especially enjoyed the large dining area where we gathered every morning & evening. We were surprised to see the owner, Tiger, welcoming us upon our check in and showing us around. He was also there to see us off on our last day. Its that extra personal touch. He also arranged for his staff to clean & make our beds every day. Tiger is very generous & accommodating. He’s very attentive to our needs. The provision of drinking water (fresh, cold and hot), countless coffee, tea, Milo packs and ensuring that the water is replenished daily reflected his thoughtfulness & attention to details. Tiger also helped us arrange for transport & driver. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

이 숙소는 흠잡을데가 없어요 1층에는 넓은 거실, 예쁜 주방, 쾌적한 침실과 화장실 2개가 있고 2층에도 침실2개와 각각의 욕실이 있어요. 수영장은 넓어서 물놀이 하기에 충분하고 튜브도 많이 구비되어 있어요. 바로 앞에 편의점이 있고, 외출후엔 모든것이 깔끔히 청소 되어 있어요. 다음에도 꼭 여기로 다시 오겠습니다.

John was a great host with a beautiful house, he provided a lot of recommendations for things to do around Chiang Mai, including a nice cafe where we had breakfast twice. He was always available when we needed and was interested in our holiday and making sure he could provide the best experience for us while at his home. Everything was clean and the photos didn’t do the house justice. House felt very safe and secure and it is in a central area so easy to navigate around. Would have stayed longer if we could.

Great place would definitely recommend. Communication from the host was great and the villa in general was spacious and wonderful!

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

This is such a Lanna stylish house, 1 master bedroom with super large restroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom for kid which are all perfect for 5. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Everything you need for a short break or holiday is provided for you. Furthermore, K.Yuranan was very helpful, very welcoming, friendly manner and quick to respond our text messages. He also was great at communicating with us and checked we were okay during our stay. Highly recommended!

It’s such a unique experience staying at this mountain-view “camping-vibe” dome room/house. The host was very responsive, kind, and friendly to us. The view was amazing, I had not only a great time there also a memorable getaway trip outside of Chiang Mai city. It would be much better if there were clearer guidance or more accurate address in English/Thai of this location. The grab ride was like 850b one way to get there or back to Nimman. Love this place!!!

Loved this home! It’s in a quaint neighborhood, very close to the main entrance which has a 7-11 convenience store and some small food stalls that are a short walk away. The home itself was clean and comfortable, lots of natural light. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Didn’t use it but there is a clubhouse with a pool just down the street. As other reviews mentioned, it is under a flight path so be aware if you’re sensitive to sound but it didn’t bother us. It’s not in the city center if that’s where you want to stay but it was a great location for my stay. Overall, great value and pleasant time!

I definitely recommend it. During our two-week stay in this house, Jesse and his wife helped us very quickly in everything. The house is very comfortable and quite spacious. The patio is very well-maintained. We even made a Sunday BBQ and invited our friends. The kitchen is quite well-equipped and spacious compared to other houses in Thailand. It is a golden opportunity for those who love to cook. There is even a billiards and entertainment on the upper floor. The gym belonging to the site is right next to the house. The gym was always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The security who constantly roamed the site on bicycles made us feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this house.

I loved this place so much! So tranquil, I was so motivated, productive and inspired there. You can do yoga and in the garden and chill in the hot tub in the rain. This may have been my favorite Airbnb ever 😊 The host was kind and easy to communicate with, everything was perfect. I'm really grateful for this place.

Our family had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Jitrada’s place. It is a very special place which surrounded by trees. We also love the Lana style rooms. Overall, we had a great stay. Jitrada was very responsive and helpful, which made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to stay in Chiang Mai.

My wife grew up in Chiangmai and we've travelled back to visit family and friends more than 25 years. We have stayed in guest houses, hotels, condos, and private homes. K. Askorn's house is the best! This trip we sought a peaceful / relaxing location outside the city center to really enjoy Thai living with family and friends. It is still close ( 15 min) for visits to town. K. Askorn's home was perfect! She is a terrific person/host! The home and amenities exceeded our expectations. Stocked with essentials, "move in ready," internet service very fast, 50 " TV, dining table for 6 people, full-size washing machine, covered outside drying area and for parking. Neighborhood is safe & friendly. Shopping close by. Transportation easy via GRAB, or BOLT. Good local restaurants with local prices for dine in or delivery via GRAB or MealsOnWheels. If you are considering living in Thailand for more than a short vacation don't miss the opportunity to stay in this home! It is a gem!

We had a wonderful short stay in Oliver’s House. It’s close to many international schools while our family doing the school tours. JJ the host was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and peaceful surrounding, we had a great time next to the pool during the sunset. Will definitely stay here again when we are in ChiangMai next.

A Dream Getaway! This place was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The peaceful surroundings, spacious layout, and the lovely creek by the house created the perfect retreat atmosphere. The large living room and cozy study room really added a premium touch, providing space for everyone to unwind or get some quiet time The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. The big kitchen was perfect for our family stay, and the on-site help was a definite bonus. It was the best family vacation we’ve had in years—relaxing, recharging, and full of great memories. We’d absolutely love to come back!

A very homey peaceful beautiful place I wish I could’ve stayed much longer! A week wasn’t enough! Waking to the birds and lake and breeze was magnificent and memorable! And the fact that we could have a cook come and massage everyday was incredible! We had no problem getting transportation in and out of the center about 25 mins away. And returning “home” was marvelous as we were away from the noisy center! I’d stay again for sure!! Thank you!!
