We had a lovely stay. We were three families, with three generations and we all had a lovely time. The swimming pool and having the beach within 10-15 minutes walk, was great. Helene, who managed our stay, was very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay. The house is really very beautiful and modern. The plus is its outdoor terrace and the sea view. Everything was spotless, the living room large and functional. Everything is tastefully decorated. We loved this rental and the neighborhood is very quiet. I recommend it 100%.

Very nice services with a swimming pool that is more than valuable especially during periods of high heat. Unfortunately, it was very very hot during the heat wave, so we were forced to sleep with the windows open, which can be problematic for people with light sleep (capfun camping nearby and the smell of salt marshes at times). That didn't stop us from having a great stay with the family, by the pool, and close to the beach and the city center. We recommend it.

We had a pleasant week in the villa. Large clean and well-equipped house, very quiet neighborhood, garden not overlooked, exactly the setting we were looking for for our family vacation. The garden is a peaceful oasis with everything you need to enjoy it (table and garden furniture, barbecue with charcoal provided, deckchairs...). The indoor/heated pool is a real plus that we enjoyed with the weather. The jacuzzi is very enjoyable especially at night under the stars! There are local shops within a 5-minute drive (Coccimarket, bakery, tobacco) which can be convenient. Otherwise everything is about 15-20 minutes from the villa: shops (Lidl, Leclerc) beach, butcher... Florent was very available throughout our stay, he was able to recommend some nice places to visit. We highly recommend this listing and plan to return! Thank you so much for a great week.

Very pleasant stay in Graziella's house which is ideally located in Nantes, in a private cul-de-sac close to everything, the hyper center, museums, the Jardin des Plantes, public transport, etc. The house is spacious, very comfortable, well decorated and perfectly equipped. Communication was smooth with Yves, whom I thank for hosting us and for being available.

Perfect, very good weekend with friends, I recommend it.

The Villa is really what you can call a "VILLA", everything is designed to make the most of the accommodation, everything is clean and new, my friends and I recommend this accommodation without moderation. Thank you very much and maybe see you next time in a warmer period when we can enjoy the pool.

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). The sleeping arrangements worked out very well and the kids really loved the playroom and swimming pool. The beaches (one within easy walking distance and one a 4/5 minute drive away) were excellent (no showers though?) with nice beach bars/restaurants. The nearby zoo is worth a visit - clean and the animals looked well looked after. All in all an excellent family holiday.

Great location! nice and soundproofed spacious villa Qqs pbs of heating at the beginning but set by the concierge afterwards. Apart from the 2 dry towels not working in the bathrooms nothing to complain about

Sophie is a responsive, pleasant, and available host. The accommodation is impeccable and perfectly suited to a family. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to enjoy the Atlantic coast.

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

I spent two days with my family in the villa and everything went very well. Marion is really adorable, very accommodating on arrival time and always available as needed. The villa is a warm place, perfect for spending good times with family. I recommend it 1000% and if I go back to the area, I will come back without hesitation!

flexible check-in. as described. pool maintained and heated to 21 degrees for the weekend of November 11. it was very nice. all the cooking essentials, except a pancake stove 😉 for gourmet Bretons. the Franck and Frédérique concierge available and helpful. rental to recommend and we will come back but longer than a simple 3 day weekend.

We had a great time at Emilie's house. The environment was very quiet. The kids were able to enjoy the heated pool. The House is well equipped. Coastal walks are directly accessible from the house. The city center is a 15-minute walk and the supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. Access to the upstairs master suite is via a narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or in case of Restricted mobility.

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!

We had a fantastic week here. As a family of 7 it provided us with a spacious, clean and immaculately presented place for the week. We didn’t want for anything in our time there, everything was well stocked and accessible. The pool was great for the kids and they also enjoyed playing in the spacious garden. We would be more than happy to recommend the accommodation. Isabelle was always incredibly quick to respond to any queries and was very hospitable.
