Beautiful house close to Port Joinville but far enough away to be really quiet. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The equipment is complete. Our entire group of 9 adults had a great time.

What a special place this cottage is, absolutely recommended. Yes it is small, but the type of house and the garden make everything good. It is beautifully decorated and the whole atmosphere with the garden makes you fall in love with the place.

Friendly and responsive welcome with fresh water on arrival. Tastefully decorated, functional and comfortable home. The pool is a big plus. There's nothing missing on the property. I recommend 🙂

We had a lovely stay once again at Marc's house. This is the third time we've stayed at his place, and as always, we enjoyed our stay very much. We were able to enjoy a few meals on the terrace, which was very nice. My two aunts and I had plenty of space and loved the studio as well. I also enjoyed walks to the beach to watch the sunset. Marc is a welcoming host who really cares about the well-being of his guests. Thank you Marc for your hospitality and for letting us stay at your home again.

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). The sleeping arrangements worked out very well and the kids really loved the playroom and swimming pool. The beaches (one within easy walking distance and one a 4/5 minute drive away) were excellent (no showers though?) with nice beach bars/restaurants. The nearby zoo is worth a visit - clean and the animals looked well looked after. All in all an excellent family holiday.

We were a group of 7 friends, and had a great time on Île d'Yeu. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, which is very convenient and pleasant. The living room is very spacious, and the environment of the house is peaceful. Thank you to them for their responsiveness and hospitality. We recommend renting Alain and Isabelle's place to stay on the island of Yeu.

The place is great for spending time with family or friends. The location is great with a superb sea view. Everything is done on foot, shops, restaurants, markets… thank you for hosting us.

Very nice house, nice furnishings, quiet location, very close to beach and restaurants. Host was very quick to respond. House was very clean. Off street parking for one car. Had amazing weather. All good. Recommend.

The house is as described, well arranged, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 min walk from the beach and ten minutes from the small city center. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the listing description but I think that given the rental price it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there are no basic groceries (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) or basic hygiene (toilet paper, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, the cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if the keys have to be returned at 10 a.m.!

Excellent stay! We were 12 but the house is very well equipped for large groups (6 bedrooms, large table, large living room). The amenities are perfect (swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, pool table). Thank you very much!

Really enjoyed our stay, shared between 2 families. Lovely, spacious home which is well equipped and with great outdoor space. Rural location with shops and small towns a short drive away. Small leak discovered half way through our stay but Pierre was responsive throughout and helpful with our initial queries. Would recommend for families - thanks Pierre.

Nice and well thought out house! The pool is really the highlight. Comfortable bedding. A second fridge may be missing given the number of people this house can accommodate Solène was attentive to us, check-in and check-out times very flexible!

Very pleasant stay in Phanie's home! She was flexible and available, so thank you! The accommodation is clean, well arranged so that we are not on top of each other even at 10! The heated pool with deckchairs is the cherry on top. We enjoyed the baby items available if needed, as well as the foosball and board games. The accommodation is close to amenities so you don't miss anything, close to the beach for a walk. A place to keep!

Flawless, tastefully renovated home with several accesses, terraces allowing everyone to have their own quiet corner. The outdoor space is beautiful and friendly, ideal for great moments with family or friends, between pool, foosball, darts… We had a great time. The hosts, who renovated the place themselves, are very welcoming and respond quickly if needed. A great discovery that I recommend!

We had a great time at this villa, ideal for a quiet family time. The accommodation is as described, very nice and well kept. Melissa was particularly attentive, responsive and available throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this place!

A very good weekend spent with family at Franck's, who greeted me with a smile.😊 Pool at 28 degrees, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden, pool, terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Good luck and maybe see you next time.😃

Very nice place, pristine, clean and cute decor -ideal for 4 people and max two children. 6 adults would be a little cramped. Very good for people with reduced mobility (this was our case). Quiet and relaxing environment, friendly neighbors (there is a little opposite the accommodation being new and therefore the plantations too). Excellent communication with Stéphanie very responsive and available. Pool of a nice size, but too cold, if really heated it would really have to increase the temperature- it was the only thing that made me put one star less at value. Otherwise, thank you for this beautiful holiday.

We spent a few days with family in this house and everything went well (as for the adults and the 2 teenagers). The sea view is just beautiful. Everyone was happy. Thanks to Marielle for her availability and advice. She knows the area well. One of the teens was able to watch the PSG Arsenal game in a bar in Le Croisic. Marielle made us happy by recommending this cafe.

I stayed here with 5 friends for a week and had an incredible time! The house was lovely and clean and even more spacious than than the photos suggested. The pool was heated to a perfect 27 degrees and we had everything there we could have asked for. The location was good too, just a short drive to food shops, beaches and restaurants. On top of this Benoît and Pauline were fantastic hosts, they were quick to respond to any messages and were always helpful and kind! Overall I very highly recommend staying here!
