Pleasant apartment of 44 m2, old-style, warm, recently renovated and functional, dual-aspect and bright, with 2 large bedrooms with good bedding, located 12 minutes' walk from the RER A (station 15 minutes from Châtelet and 42 minutes from Marne la Vallée), 15 minutes from the Bois de Vincennes and the city center of Nogent. It is located in a building where the peace and quiet must be respected, especially at night because of the other residents.
