Newly renovated villa with 3 big bedrooms right next to middle ages castle of Nogent Le Rotrou. Ground floor with living and dining spaces, separated kitchen next to dining space. On the 1st floor, it’s equipped with two single beds, a bathroom with bath tub and shower. On the 2nd floor, two double room with king size bed and a bathroom adjacent. Big patio with dining area outside and sofa chair. You can park your car/ bike inside our garden safely. Our house is classified as 3 stars.
